I stood there dumbfounded after what he'd said, and that he'd just kissed me in front of his friends. I blushed a bright Scarlett as I looked into his eyes, he seemed pleading in his request, as if he genuinely didn't think he could be without me. He looked away, almost assuming that I would say no. Trust me, I didn't want to refuse him. But I felt as if things have moved too fast between us, and I've already crashed and burned from this relationship. So had he. I look away from his face.
"Avi," he looks up, I sigh. "I'm sorry, but I can't stay here. Everything has happened so quickly, I, I need to go home." As I look back to him, his face is filled with anger, he lets out a puff of breath before muttering to himself and stomping out of the apartment.
Giving hugs to all my newfound friends and saying farewell, I grabbed my suitcase and went through the gates toward the terminal. I had to go back to Wales, go back to my home, my friends and family. Goodbye America!
