3RD PERSON

The announcement "After the attack on our dear Red, and her color change we have decided to give her her first colony! You are all to attend this ball to mark era 2 of this new homeworld" adorned every corner of the Homeworld in anticipation of the upcoming ball.

The ball itself was brief and pleasant. However, Pink remained oblivious to its occurrence, spending the day in her garden with her Spinel playmate. News of the ball caught her by surprise, and she initially grumbled about it being boring.

As Pink assumed control over her colony, tensions mounted. She grew increasingly frustrated with the ongoing conflicts on Earth, dismissing them as trivial matters that didn't require intervention. Despite offers from Black Diamond to send troops for assistance, Pink firmly declined, insisting on handling everything independently.

Over time, Pink Diamond's distance from Homeworld deepened. She spent decades on Earth without returning unless summoned or to voice complaints, causing a rift among the Diamonds and a return to Black's old ways.

After a thorough investigation, Black Diamond uncovered the truth about Pink Diamond and requested a face-to-face meeting to confront her directly.

Black Diamonds Pov

Pink entered my chambers, and a surge of rage flooded through me. How dare she keep this secret from us! I decided to toy with her, knowing her penchant for games. A smirk crept across my face as I prepared to confront her.

"Do you understand why you're here?" I demanded, locking eyes with her as she hesitated to respond. "I despise it when you remain silent, Pink. Nonetheless, I've made a decision to grant your wish. We will leave that planet—Earth—undisturbed." Hope flickered in Pink's eyes at my words. Seeing this, I added with a cruel twist, "Or rather, what remains of it." Tears replaced her hopeful expression.

"W-What do you mean, Black?" she stammered, trying to maintain composure.

"Well, Pink, given the trouble they've caused you, I've resolved to cleanse that planet of all gems and organic life. Doesn't that excite you? My elite soldiers are en route as we speak."

"No..." Her voice quivered as she fell to her knees, staring at the ground. "Y-You can't..."

"There is a way to halt this," I continued, knowing precisely how to push her further. "If Rose Quartz were to return to Homeworld and face justice, perhaps we might reconsider. But it's too late for that now, isn't it?" I watched Pink tremble, waiting for the impact of my next words.

"Oh, and as for those humans in your zoo," I added casually, "I'll be taking half of them for experimentation. They're rare specimens, and I need subjects."

"No! You can't take them—they'll be destroyed!" Pink protested, rising to her feet.

"They will reproduce," I countered indifferently. "Besides, I'm curious to see what captivates Diamond's interest. Perhaps I'll even conduct experiments myself, to witness firsthand the effects of a Diamond's power." Pink paled visibly, and the room began to tremble.

"If only Rose Quartz were here," I mused aloud, watching her closely. "None of this would have come to pass."

"If... if Rose were here..." Pink's form began to shift, transforming into a distorted likeness of Rose Quartz.

I smirked, raising my hand and unleashing a surge of power that dissipated her instantly. As Pink vanished, leaving only a faint glimmer where she stood, the silence in my chamber became palpable. The weight of my decision hung heavy in the air, echoing through the vast emptiness around me.

I paced back and forth on the cold stone floor, grappling with conflicting emotions. Had I gone too far? Pink's pleading eyes haunted me, her voice filled with desperation as she tried to reason with me. She had always been impulsive, and defiant, but beneath it all lay a vulnerability rarely seen in another Diamond. For a fleeting moment, I almost believed her pleas, almost reconsidered my harsh decree.

But weakness could not be shown, not now, not when our authority teetered on the brink. Earth had long been a source of rebellion, a symbol of defiance against our rule. Pink's attachment to that planet, her insistence on preserving life there, had always frustrated and concerned the Diamonds.

Yet, standing alone in my chamber, the magnitude of my actions weighed heavily upon me. What would the others think of my decision? Would they view it as a necessary assertion of authority, or would they question my judgment, and my ability to lead in times of uncertainty?

The walls closed in around me, suffocating me with their oppressive silence. Beyond the window, stars twinkled indifferently, oblivious to the turmoil within. I longed to confide in someone, to share the burden resting upon my shoulders. But there was no one I could trust, no one who truly grasped the complexities of being a Diamond.

I rewrote this whole chapter and it is still so short!!! Anyway enjoy!
