My court stood before me, awaiting their destinies to be carved out.

"From now on, each of you will be assigned a crucial role. Failure to fulfill this role will lead to your confinement in The Room. For those who are unsure about what The Room entails, follow me."

I directed one of my Pearls to open the door, leading us all into a room filled with gems, each encapsulated in their black bubbles.

"If you fail to meet my expectations, I will personally see to your confinement," I declared, observing the gems gasp and shiver in apprehension.

"Firstly, Silver Pearl, you will now serve among the Agates. Black Onyx and Black Pearl, you will remain by my side at all times. Peridot, your responsibility will be technology. Agates, you are tasked with overseeing gem development. Sapphire, I expect you to forewarn me of any looming threats. Spinel, your role will be in the courtroom, rejuvenating gems. Are my instructions clear?"

"Yes, Our Diamond!" the gems responded in unison, their voices echoing with a mix of obedience and a tinge of fear. With that affirmation, they dispersed, each determined to execute their duties with precision and diligence.

Pink Diamond's birth was nothing short of a series of surprises. It began while I was reviewing a report on a Pearl who had unexpectedly attacked her owner. In the midst of this, Black Pearl and Black Onyx burst into my chambers, urgently insisting that I head to the grand hall immediately to greet the new Diamond.

Arriving at the grand hall, we were greeted with a live broadcast that spanned across all of Homeworld, announcing our departure to witness and bring home the new gem. The anticipation was palpable as we began walking around the planet.

"White, aren't you excited?" I exclaimed, hoping to elicit some enthusiasm. White's expression momentarily flickered with annoyance, but she quickly returned to her composed smile.

"I have been learning so much about the Diamonds," I continued, eager to share my newfound knowledge or better yet, annoy them. if they think I have the time of day to come out there then they are sorely mistaken.

"Yellow commands such a vast army that it can no longer be contained in one location," I remarked, marveling at her military might. this seemed to make white frustrated yet Yellowed seemed pleased.

"Blue is both kind and strict. She possesses the power to shatter gems if necessary, yet she shows compassion when she can," I added, reflecting on Blue's dual nature.

"It seems things are changing rapidly on Homeworld," I concluded, noting the dynamic shifts unfolding around us.

We continued our conversation for a while longer, discussing routine matters such as our colonies, new gem concepts, ongoing wars, and rebellious gems who dared to resist, until we finally reached the location indicated by our locators for where Red would be.

"Looks like we made it just in time, White," Blue remarked in her usual gentle tone.

White simply nodded, her attention focused ahead where a bright red light began to materialize into the form of a large woman. I glanced over at White, noting the figure's considerable size. The figure within the light unexpectedly began to shrink. Not only that, but the once vibrant red glow transformed into a soft pink hue, revealing a small pink gem.

"Hello, I am Pink Diamond. It's an honor to meet you," she greeted, playfully lifting her foot and pointing it towards Blue, who chuckled.

I stood there in astonishment, which quickly turned into laughter.
