*one year later*

"Love is a losing game so I just might be a hoe," Summer Walker's 'Just Might' played through lowly in my airpod in my ear.

Silence filled the room as I just stared at my laptop screen and tapped my fingers on the desk. This was a complete waste of my time if we being completely honest and I don't know even know why I started it in the first place.

Listening to Destiny like the dumb bitch I am.

A bored sigh escaped my lips and I crossed my arms over my chest shifting my eyes to the time then back to the zoom meeting.

"So, nothing else you want to talk about?" Dr. Kensington's voice rang through and I just shrugged. "Nadia, we were doing so good for the first three sessions together and then you just shut down. Are you sure there's nothing else you'd like to add about your life lately? Work? Your father? Deme-"

"I'm sure....I already told you this thirty minutes ago."

"Of course, but... by the looks of the media you seem to be very popular. You're positive there's nothing else you'd like to add?"

Oh brother.

"Completely, now can we cut this short? I have somewhere to be." I answered letting the irritation run through my voice but I couldn't care less.

She was getting paid 10k an hour every single week talking to me. I'm sure she'll be okay without an answer or two.

"Sure. Same time next week?" I hummed and nodded my head. She said bye and I exited out the meeting and gathered my things as quickly as possible.

Dr. Kensington and me got back in connections about two months after the breakup and it was only because I had a mental breakdown of everything that happened the past few years in front of Destiny. Which she suggested I spoke to a therapist and since I already knew one, it just made sense I'd just use her instead of retelling my whole life to another stranger.

Grabbing my phone off the charger and my room key, I exited my hotel room and took the elevator down to the lobby where I was met with a hyped Destiny and a gloomy Noriah.

"Took you long enough," Destiny spoke as I approached them and Noriah let out a yawn making me glare at her.

"What's up with you?"

"Nadia...we are in London. A complete eight hour time difference from LA, bitch I'm tired."

"You've only been here not even 24 hours, Riah."
