"Are we too poor for Beyonce?" Nadia questioned as Chris arrived back at his seat at the table. He stared at her blankly while fixing the chain around his neck and taking his seat across from her after coming back from the bathroom. "Why you looking at me like that?"
"Because what are you talking about? Why you asking about Beyonce?"
"Can we book her to perform at our wedding?"
"That lady is not coming to our wedding, Nadia." Chris laughed while looking at the menu on their table, looking over the appetizers.
The two was out for brunch after just arriving back in LA from a week of scouting out the wedding venues they had seen online in person. They already looked at four in total out of their entire trip but even still they were both positive they were on the same page on what venue they wanted to get married at.
On top of that, Nadia was approaching the end of her second trimester at the end of the month and so they definitely had to fly out before it was too late for her to fly.
Since Christmas, the two have successfully moved into their new home together and was working on getting a nursery together and baby shopping so they had a lot on their plates.
"Okay...can you perform at our wedding? I wouldn't mind no exit being dedicated to me again,"
"Nigga, I'm not working on our wedding day."
"It's not working if it's out of love so this just shows how much you love me." She said in a certain tone trying to manipulate him into agreeing to it but unlucky for her he wasn't going for it.
".....You deadass?"
"Completely. I'm sure Justin Timberlake performed at his wedding or Bieber to Hailey or even John Legend. You know what, maybe I need me a white man?" Chris stared at her not saying a word while Nadia just put her attention on the menu thinking about the million things she wanted to order.
"Nadia, I'll fight you in Italy don't play with me."
"So sing to me at our wedding or I'll tell TSR and TMZ a bunch of shit."
"You said that like you got dirt on me." Chris squinted his eyes at her and she smirked shrugging.
"You don't know what I got on you."
"Yeah aight. I'll only sing to you if you paying me."
"This baby that kicks my ribs every three seconds and me saying I do to your ass in 7 months is me paying you." She told him surely making him scoff.
"Cute....I want some pussy too."
"As long as you dropping dick like the world about to end, we got a deal. Cue 2012," She responded a bit too loudly because the elderly couple seated a few tables away heard them and looked at them shock making Nadia and Chris bust out laughing.
"Why you say that so loud?" Chris leaned over laughing quietly as Nadia covered her mouth. "Bad enough everyone freaking out about your Instagram story earlier."
