As Y/N returned to camp, he saw the other surviving members had arrived and were setting up camp. Carthings approached him and handed him a clipboard.
"L/N, this is an inventory of everything we've got, Greengrass and a few other lads went out and gathered the supply canisters before coming to meet us." Carthings said as Y/N glanced at the clipboard and nodded.
"Okay, I want the clipboard put outside the supply tent, people want to take supplies from it they write it down on the clipboard." Y/N said with a sigh.
"Something wrong?"
"No, no, nothing to worry about. Give me five minutes and I'll be calling a meeting in the big tent to discuss what I found out." Y/N said as he pinched his nose. Carthings didn't believe him, he knew something was up, but he dropped it for now, nodding and heading off to the supply tent. Y/N went to his own tent and sat down on the bed he looked at a photo of Dierdre.
He pulled out a letter he received from her in Africa.

Y/N sighed to himself as he put the letter into his uniform shirt pocket.
"For fucks sake." Y/N said as he turned the photo to face down on the makeshift table.
Y/N took a few minutes to get his composure before walking out of his tent wearing his uniform once again.
"Gather in the briefing tent!" Y/N called out to the men as they all made their way to the briefing tent. "All right gentlemen, gather round."
Y/N waited until everyone was seated.
"Okay, tonight, we have two operations planned. One, I will gathering information on potential targets. While the rest of you will be working on stealing from and then destroying the newly built supply depot." Y/N was in the middle of speaking when Greengrass put his hand up. "Are you fucking serious? This isn't a school. Just ask the fucking question."
"Sir, what will you necessarily be doing while we're in this storage depot?" Greengrass asked.
"Well, I'll be working undercover at a meeting with the local Nazi high command, I'll be listening for any information and if possible I'll be trying to steal some information from an office."
"You'll be at a party?" Greengrass said as Y/N nodded.
"Yes."
"If Nazi high command in the local area is there, couldn't we just all sneak in there, hide in a giant cake?" Greengrass joked as Y/N looked at him.
"You stupid boy."
"We can't risk losing the element of surprise, we take those supplies and destroy the depot, and that in turn will deal a huge blow to the Nazi war machine while also bolstering our strength." Sgt Jones said as Y/N nodded.
"Now, I understand that you may think that I'm trying to get out of fighting. But in order to fight, we need targets, I will gather us enough targets to last us a while and next time an opportunity comes up for me to gather information, I'll take it." Y/N said as he looked at the men who all nodded.
"Now, Carthings, I believe you have a plan?"
"Yes sir."
"Well, you can take over this briefing. I need to find a smaller weapon in case things kick off." Y/N said as he left to the supply tent while Carthings began to go over the plan for the attack...
