Nicole got to Sam's hotel at around 8:30 that night. She knocked on the door but he didn't answer. She got a hotel maid to let her in by saying she lost her key. When she went inside Sam wasn't there. She knew he was coming back because his suitcase was still there. Nicole got out of her chair and sat on the couch. She was very jet lagged.
An hour later Sam walked through his hotel room door. He was floored when he saw Nicole asleep on the couch. He smiled.
"Oh my god."She's here." He thought happily. "Please say it's to stay baby."
Sam moved her chair and knelt down in front of her.
"Baby." He said softly. "Wake up."
She opened her eyes. "Sam." She said happily. They hugged "I'm sorry." "I'm so sorry." "I never should've gone." "I love you, I do." "It hurt so much when you told me I didn't."
"I know you do." "I was hurt and angry when I said that." "I didn't mean it."
"I missed you so much." She said starting to cry a little.
"I missed you to, like crazy." "Being without you is killing me." "Come here." They looked at each other. "It felt like a lot longer then six weeks." He put his palm on her cheek.
"I know what you mean."
"Don't cry." They kissed he carried her to the bedroom.
Afterwards he was holding her.
"So, are you staying, or was this just a booty call?" He asked.
"I'm staying with you." "I'm never leaving you again Sam." "I love you so much."
"I love you too." "I was planning on coming to Paris to see you next week." "I was gonna ask you to marry me again."
"Yes, I will."
"You will?"
"Yes, I want to be your wife."
"Well in that case, let me up." She did. He used the blanket to cover himself and went over to his bag He took out the ring. He got back in bed. "Since we're getting married, you need a ring." He put it on her finger.
"It's beautiful."
"Let's get a new place, a bigger place."
"Ok." They kissed.
