Hyunjin needed someone to talk too. Someone that would give good advice without the stern lecture. He loved his best friend Minho, but he knew that he wasn't the one for the job.

As if the world heard Hyunjin think, the door swung open revealing his sister.. and two other girls who were a bit shorter.

"Yeji?" His eyes moved over to see Felix's sister; Olivia and beside her, his friend Chan's sister; Hannah.

"What are you all doing? And Olivia?" He asked looking at his sister. Of course she didn't know Hyunjin and Felix were friends now.. or about Sam. But it still bothered Hyunjin a little.

"Jinnie- I thought you had plans today.." Yeji said scratching her head lightly. Giving off a nervous laugh.

"Whatever, just- I need to talk to you. When you're alone." He said, and then quickly walked away entering his room.

He didn't want to even mention Felix with Olivia in the room. It would be too much.

Yeji shrugged her brothers behavior off and invited the girls into her room.

When Hyunjin got back to his room he sat down at his desk. He opened is computer and pulled up a blank document. He felt like writing. He had so much to write about.

He brought his hands up, letting them do their own thing as they always did.

After hours and hours of sitting there and typing away. Hyunjin leaned back in his chair, stretching out his long limbs.

Perfectly timed, Yeji came strolling in. "The girls went home, what's up." She said plopping down on his bed.

Hyunjin sighed and spun around to face her in the chair.

"It's Felix, we decided to be friends again."

"Well I mean, don't you miss him? You've both had time apart like you needed. Maybe it's time to give it another chance."

"I- I know, and I want too. It's just.. I did something kind of stupid."

"That's nothing new, what did you do?" She asked.

"I started talking to Felix a long time ago." Hyunjin admitted, before he could continue, Yeji spoke again, "and you didn't tell me?!"

"I didn't tell anyone!.. not even Felix."

"What-"

"I texted him as a whole ass stranger, and he doesn't know."

Yeji looked at her brother, dumbfounded. "Is this some sort of prank or joke? I'm not laughing."

"I'm not either- look, I don't know how to tell him. I really want too, but he depends on 'Sam' for certain things.. who would I be to take that away from him?"

"A sane human being Jinnie, he needs to know. If he still wants to talk to you that's good, if not- you're just gonna have to except that. But he needs to know."

Hyunjin bit his lip in frustration, he was mad at himself for even lying about something so much as his identity in the first place.

Deep down however, he knew his sister was right. He needed to tell Felix, and while he was scared shitless, he needed to tell him in person.

With all that said, Yeji shot him a tight smile and stood up, heading for the door.

"I'll know you'll do the right thing Hyunie- you always do." Then she disappeared with a gentle click of the door, leaving Hyunjin alone with his thoughts.. and Felix.

He pulled out his phone and clicked his name in his contacts, though he paused only now realizing he only had Felix because he was Sam, Sam who had a completely different number only because Hyunjin had gotten a new phone.

The more Hyunjin let himself think about his actions, and the predicament that he's in, the more he was creeped out and ashamed.

He wanted to burrow himself in a hole and just forget about everything, and let everyone forget about him to save himself from the embarrassment.

He could only think of one other way- a way that wasn't sneaky; or deceitful, but one that just simply involved telling the truth and making his way to Felix. And that, was by contacting a mutual friend.

Kim Seungmin.

I texted him, asking him if we could meet at a nearby cafe. It was pretty small and not so popular, but I didn't need someone we knew walking in and seeing us there.

"Hyunjin!" I heard his voice call out as I entered. The smell of fresh baked goods hit my nose before anything.

I walked over to the table Seungmin grabbed, and took a seat. He was all smiles, and that's what made this whole thing even harder.

"How are you?" He asked.

I gave a right smile, "I'm.. I could be better, that's kinda what I wanted to talk about."

"Oh?" He asked, "what is it?"

As I explained everything, I could see him going into deep thought. It was hard to tell if Seungmin was ever mad until he opened his mouth.

"So, he doesn't know about you being Sam?"

I looked down at my hands as I fiddled with my rings, "no." I said, twisting the matching rings I got with Felix a while back. I still wore them, and I could see he did too at the party. It gave me hope in a way.

"Well Jinnie, I can't say I saw this coming.. like at all. Feels like some movie or something."

"It's all so fucked," I groaned, "I hate that I did all this I just- I missed him, I don't know I just wasn't thinking."

"You could've just talked to him," he pointed out.

He wasn't entirely wrong, except for the fact that it really wasn't that simply. Deep down I think he knew that.

"That's what I want to do now, and I was hoping you could help me," I admitted.

He nodded, and pulled out some paper and a pen, joting down an apartment address.

"I wasn't only thinking of him either, Seungmin, I thought about you and.. our families- and Minho."

"Don't worry about me Hyun, it wasn't your fault." He said, sliding me the piece of paper.

"You guys were my best friends and everything became a mess so fast."

"Could've happened to anyone-"

"But So much happened in your life because of Lix and I and that-

"You two didn't do anything."

"But Minho he-"

"Hyunjin, you gotta drop it. Everything is over now, and it doesn't matter," he half laughed

"Seungmin?" I asked, he looked up at me.

"Yes?"

"Do you think people should work to make things that they've done wrong, at least somewhat better again."

"I mean," he began, "if it's something you need to be peaceful in life then yes, I do."

"I'm gonna do that." I blurted out, He seemed a bit confused but in the end smiled.

"I'm happy for you then-"

"I'm gonna do it, starting with you."

His smile dropped after he had time to process my words, "Hyunjin what-" He stopped when his eyes met with Minho, who had just walked in. I texted him to meet me here. Not telling him anything either.

And of course they could both walk away if they wanted too, but I knew that they wouldn't.

With that done, I walked out of the cafe, and headed for Felix's apartment address.

I was nervous, and I was scared. I was doing this in person, I just hoped he wouldn't resent me after tonight.
