Neteyam - First Person <3

-------------------------------------------------------

I laid my head down on the cool sand, watching as Pandora rotated around in the solar system, it was beautiful at sunset. The colors mixed together, one planet showing its light blues.

I looked to my left, seeing Aonung strech his long limps across the sand, reaching behind him to strech his arms. It had been a long journey back from the rocks, and when we were back everyone else we were with earlier- before we snuck off- had been standing on the sand, worried expressions planted on their faces. Immeditaly turning to relief after seeing us arrive back. Not Lo'ak though, he just had an anoyed expression the whole time, as if he was only caring about himself in that moment.

Aonung looked down at me, "Enjoying the view?" He smirked ay him,

I looked away, "No, the view is kinda fishy,"

"Haha, very funny, jungle boy,"

I sat up and riased my hand in front of my mouth to cover my laughs. He noticed that and pulled my hand down, placing it on my lap,

"I can hear you laughing from an ocean away,"

I rolled my eyes at him and pushed him gently, he did the same but a bit rougher. Causing me to lose my balance and me placing my arm to the side of me to catch myself, I just laughed. He then chuckled softly and stood up, walking the opposite way from me. I tilted my head, and he looked back at me and smirked at me. I quickly got up and jogged to catch up with him. Now walking next to him.

"Hey, what happened? Where are you going?" I questioned, a confused look placed on my face,

He raised an eyebrow at me, still with that evil smirk on his lips, "Oh? Is the forest boy worried about me?"

I rolled my eyes, "In your dreams, reef boy,"

He looked away and bit his lip, tearing at the skin slightly. I looked away, towards the aqua and blue ocean, the colors mixed a bit out far enough. The water was clear, you could see small fish and plants moving in the waves. The sand was warm and soft between ones toes.

As I was daydreaming I didn't notice Aonung had rested himself upon a hill of dark rocks, I stared and he stared back. The stare was not full of hate, nor dislike, but questoning and adventurous, like at any point we would go on the longest journey together. (AHEM, i think this is cringe)

It made me feel happy inside. That I had been able to befriend the person who hated me the most, and thought my whole famly didn't belong, that we were aliens, 'demons'. And thought we were just stray puppies who had appeared on his home looking for shelter. Actually, that last part was true, me and my family had traveled a long way, leaving the only place all of us had known as home, where- most of us- had grown and learned to survive. I suddenly felt homesick, thinking of all the memories I had made back at home.

Aonung had noticed my discomfort, "Hey, hey, what's wrong? You look sad," he suddenly had concern in his eyes and voice,

I slightly laughed, "Oh, look who's worried now?"

He rolled his eyes at me, "Get your ass over here and tell me what's wrong, I can clearly tell something is bothering you,"

I walked up the hill of rocks and sat next to Aonung, resting my head gently on his shoulder. I could tell he was not expecting that, as he flinched when I did so. But quickly calmed down.

"So, what's wrong?" He raised an eyebrow at me,

"I miss home," I began, "I miss everything, I left the one place I felt comfortable and happy at,"

He looked hurt by the confession, "Well, I can't take you back home," He admitted, "And I'm sorry this place does not feel like home. But, there is a small forest at the back of the village, would you like to go there sometime?"

I raised my head and looked at him with my eyebrows raised, "Seriously? You would do that for me?"

He shrugged, "Uhm- yeah, I guess I will,"

I grinned at him, and he showed a small smile back. He was not much of a smiler, as far as I've seen, so I'm glad I could get a small smile out of him.

"Maybe we can go there tommorow, as we can't now since it is sundowm right now," he explained,

I nodded, "Of course!"

He stood, and I did so too. Wondring where he was going now. But he just turned around, looking at me slightly before looking at the sand,

"I'm going back to my hut, I'll see you tommorow,"

"Oh," I said a bit hurt, I wanted to spend more time with him, "Yeah, goodnight!"

I turned and hurried towards my hut, almost tripping over a random rock in my trail. I could feel Aonungs stare burn into my back as I walked away.

I stopped from where the sand met the trail that goes trough the village, I turned around. And saw Aonung still looking at me with a black look on his face, I turned aorund and ran towards my hut.

It will be a long night.
