Chapter 10: Meeting Michi and going through a LOT

- Aidan's Prov
I'm going with Aphmau, Laurance and Katelyn because next to them, I'm a really good fighter so I got my things ready and after Aphmau said goodbye to her sons, Aphmau, Laurance, Katelyn and I got on the ship and Laurance questioned Aphmau's sailing skills but I didn't but we eventually got to a house that seemed abandoned, I raised an eyebrow "We're docking here really quick" Aphmau told us, getting off the ship but Laurance took the wheel and started to get the ship in a better position "I need to check something" Aphmau told us, so I got off the ship with my wand poking out of my satchel just in case I need it quickly, "Laurance are you okay?!" Aphmau yelled, I spun around and saw Laurance in the water "Everything ok?" Katelyn asked and Aphmau explained what happened "Laurance, here" I said drawing my wand and pointing it at him "What are you doing?" Laurance asked concerned and because he was dripping wet, I figured I should probably get him dry before he catches a cold, "Calor" I said as I flicked my wand at him a little bit and suddenly his hair and everything he was wearing that was dangling started flailing around as I blasted him with a Hot Air Charm and after a few seconds he was completely dry "Here, let me make your clothes waterproof" I told them then tapped Laurance's armor with my wand "Impervius!" I exclaimed and suddenly his armor shimmered for a moment and stopped "There, now your armor can't get wet" I told him then did the same with Aphmau and Katelyn's clothes "Thanks" Aphmau said and I smiled "Learned that Charm last year in Charms" I told her and they were impressed I learned a useful spell a year ago, I put my wand back in my satchel with the handle poking out a little bit but then suddenly "HOW DARE YOU INTRUDE ON THE ISLAND OF THE FIERCE FELINE WARRIOR! NYA!?~" I heard a woman's voice yell, suddenly we looked around and I reached to my left hip and grabbed my wand's handle "Is someone there?!" Aphmau called, we then saw a Meif'wa girl with purple hair, tanned skin and yellow eyes, who is this?? she started doing a monologue and I just got bored so I reached to my left hip and pulled my wand out of my satchel and pointed it at this Meif'wa girl "Vermillious!" I exclaimed and a jet of red light bursted out of my wand and grazed her head and that got her attention alright "Your welcome" I told Aphmau and put my wand back in my satchel "Thanks" she said smiling and the Meif'wa girl coward at the sight of me from casting Red Sparks at her head but it's just a First-Year Dueling Spell, it doesn't hurt THAT much, it just stings a tiny bit, trust me, I got hit by it before, anyway, "I'm sorry, my sincerest apologies for my friend here, he just doesn't like it when people interrupt his friends" Aphmau told her, wait, Friend? I'm her friend?? I smiled at her calling me her friend "But you weren't giving him much of a choice when you talked over me like that" Aphmau explained "Don't worry, it's just a simple Red Sparks Charm, I learned it in my First-Year, it's not THAT painful, it just feels like getting pinched hard for a moment" I explained "So it wasn't going to kill you or anything, it would only just sting for a split second" I told her trying to reassure her "Plus I was actually aiming behind you just to get your attention, sorry for scaring you like that" I apologized to the Meif'wa girl "We would very much like to avoid conflict with you as possible" Aphmau told her "My name is Aphmau and this is my guard Laurance, this is my grand wizard Aidan" she told her, wait what?? I'm her grand wizard??? I didn't even think she considered me THAT way, I gave her a shocked look and she smiled at me, something tells me she was planning on giving me a place in Phoenix Drop but I didn't think she'd call me a GRAND wizard?! I haven't even mastered most advanced spells yet! I really hope she knows what she's doing, Aphmau started explaining to the Meif'wa about what we're doing here she then yelled she loves puppies, but I suddenly got a flash of something? I saw some sort of creature flash before my eyes and a glimpse of purple hair??? What in the name of Irene??? That's NEVER happened to me before! "Whoa" I said stumbling a little and held my head "Are you okay?" Aphmau asked concerned "Yeah, I just..." I started "...Nothing, it's nothing" I told her "I'm fine" I told her smiling reassuringly at her, but I can't get that image out of my head now, what was that thing?? "Well, she likes dogs, maybe she isn't related to Donna's mom after all. What do you think Laurance? Aidan?" Aphmau told Laurance and I, "Be on your guard Aphmau, Aidan, she seems nice but we still don't know her" Laurance told us, I nodded "Don't worry Laurance, there's four of us and only one of her, I'm sure we can take her" Aphmau told him, she then told Laurance to go see if Katelyn wants to join us for tea, she then called baby Celestia to her and after we went in, Celestia was surrounded by 4 cats, it was adorable! I was next to Laurance examining the bookshelf "These books aren't anything I've read before" I told him "Really?" Laurance asked "What kind of books do you read?" Laurance asked curiously "Oh, just a few spell books here and there, I memorized most of them by heart and most of them are a required read for all students at Hogwarts" I told him "Such as?" Laurance asked "A copy of The Standard Book of Spells, Grades 1 to 7 by Miranda Goshawk, a copy of The Dark Forces, a Guide to Self-Protection by Quentin Trimble" I said listing two books that are required for Hogwarts, Aphmau started talking to this Meif'wa named "Michi" and I turned to her "Excuse me, Miss Michi?" I asked and she turned to me "Yes?" Michi asked "Is it okay if I have just one cookie?" I asked and she smiled "Have as many as you like!" she said happily so I just took one and ate it but something tasted familiar about it... I can't put my finger on it... oh well "This is pretty good Miss Michi" I complimented her "Thank you! Such good manners young man! Nya!~" she replied and continued talking to Aphmau as I continued looking at these books, I picked up one titled a book on Wyverns? aren't those just a myth?? "Wyverns? that's just a myth, no one has seen a Wyvern in years" I said out loud putting the book back, but Laurance stopped me "They are real" he told me "What??" I asked confused, he then explained everything about a Wyvern named Ungruth that was his friend that saved his life but it costed his life "I'm sorry... I know what it's like to lose someone you love" I told him "Lady Aphmau told me, I'm so sorry for what your uncle did to you and your parents" he told me and I looked down a little "I miss them.." I sighed "I know you do, but the ones who pass away don't truly leave us, they survive in here" he said pointing at my heart, I nodded and wiped a tear from my eye, I continued looking around the bookshelf but suddenly I started getting slightly blurred vision?? I then saw Michi just start flirting with Laurance, I went to check the cookies and broke one open and sniffed it, wait a minute..... A SLEEPING DRAUGHT?! I looked to the others "SHE LACED-" I was about to yell but then Laurance and Katelyn passed out!! I eventually got really dizzy and fell to the floor "She laced her cookies and tea with a Sleeping Draught!" I managed to yell until I just saw darkness
