After the wedding came the reception. By now, it was already dark outside, and all the stars in the sky were out. The guests laughed, danced, and drank a lot. Harry and Ginny, hands together, were looking up at the stars.
"The night sky is so beautiful tonight," Ginny said in awe.
"Oh, well then it's just like you." Harry went in to kiss Ginny, but he heard wolf whistles.
"Oh get a room, you two!" Seamus hollered, a drink in his hand. Dean and Neville were all wasted too, so they laughed obnoxiously. Harry and Ginny walked down to the dance floor. One of their favorite songs had just come on.
They danced slowly to the music. Harry's arms were around Ginny's waist, and her arms were around his neck. His mind played over and over, like a broken record:
"She's my wife."
And he knew now that nobody would ever take her away from him, and that made him the happiest man on earth.
