Gage Creed is one of the "antagonists" in the Pet Sematary. When he and his family are out having a picnic with their new neighbor he wanders off after his ball that goes into the road, and Gage passes away after being hit by a semi-truck.
His parents are distraught over his death to the point where they bury him in the same
Sematary they bury their dead cat after he was also hit by a car, Church, the cat, was resurrected and was a menace. So the reason why the dad would want to endure it again, but worse because it's his child he had to kill again, is beyond me.
Gage kills Jud and his mother, and when the father finds out he tries resurrecting the mother. He as successful, but she stabbed him to death.

Gage is pretty tame but is very sensitive to light. It appears that Ghosts and resurrected people are sensitive to bright lights so he is in a dark room, but he cries because he is afraid of the dark.
The entity Mama has tried to take Gage multiple times, but she is unable to because Gage is already dead.
He is very close to Brahms, Jason, and Brandon. Because they are the only ones who are nice to him.
Is allowed playtime, aka he is allowed to paint, draw, play outside, play with his pet cat, Church, and is given good food. ONLY on good behavior.
No harsh experiments are done on him, and if one is wanted done on him he is sedated so he won't feel a thing.
