Jason Voorhees is the main antagonist in the Friday the 13th franchise, although it's his mother who is the killer in the first movie and Roy Burns takes over the mask in the 5th movie.
Jason was born with Hydrocephalus which means he had water in his head so his head became large and deformed. Jason was also mentally stunted.
He was bullied for his looks to the point he was run to the edge of the docs at Camp Crystal Lake he was presumed dead so his mother turned to murder so she could avenge her son's death.
His mother is killed by Alice Hardy so he somehow hunts her down and kills her. (this dude has been living in the woods his whole life yet he manages to hunt down someone who lived in the city) Jason returns to the camp to see people are trying to reopen it so he decides to put an end to it. Jason wears a sack instead of his iconic mask.
He gets the Hockey mask after killing the prankster friend in the third movie. Jason eventually goes into outer space and becomes a cyborg, later crash-landing back into camp crystal lake.
Jason fought against Freddy Kruger in Jason VS Freddy. In the remake they made Jason kidnap someone

Same with Hannibal and Gage, Jason is nice at first but can get angry easily
He is given outside time for good behavior. He can stand any level of pain. Multiple tests/experiments have been done on him, but he doesn't seem to register it.
Jason is mute. We believe he lost his capability to speak due to his almost death, witnessing his mother's death, Or he simply forgot or won't speak.
