For the rest of the day, the 4 of us try our hardest to explain to mom about what happened on our journey. At first, she couldn't believe how much trouble we got ourselves into.

But she was proud of us all. All day, she hasn't stopped thanking us for what we did to save her.

By now, the sun is setting and it's getting late. Mom has already gone to bed and so has Jotaro. This leaves only Grandpa Joseph, Kakyoin and I in the living room.

"Y/N? You remember what happened when we died right?" Grandpa Joseph asks out of the blue.

From beside me, I notice Kakyoin's face change and he now has a sad expression, remembering how we died.

"Yeah I do. Why?" I ask out of curiosity.

"So you remember Caesar?" He asks.

I nod my head with a smile. I only got to talk to him for a short amount of time but he seems like a genuinely good person. Him and Grandpa Joseph must have been close. Especially after all the stories Grandpa Joseph told me about him.

"Well I wanted to give you something. He also said you should have it." He smiles, reaching into his pocket.

He pulls out a triangular patterned pink and orange headband, holding it out in his hands.

"But- that's the same one Caesar was wearing... I thought you burned the real one in the fight with Wamuu!" I exclaim, gently taking the headband from him.

"Everyone thought that. But I couldn't actually bring myself to burn it. The one I burnt was a replica." Grandpa Joseph smiles.

I tie it around my head, walking up to a mirror on the far side of the room. I smile, admiring my reflection. The headband and the metal hand really does make me look like both Grandpa Joseph and Caesar.

"Thank you! I promise I'll look after it." I smile, hugging Grandpa Joseph with a smile.

Shortly after, we all say our goodnights and head off to bed. Kakyoin decided to stay over at our house for the night so we can speak to his parents tomorrow.

"Where would you like me to sleep?" Kakyoin asks politely, walking out of the bathroom and into my bedroom. He is wearing his cute striped pyjamas as usual.

"Are you kidding? After all we've been through, you think I'm gonna let you sleep on the floor? Come here." I smile, pulling him down onto the bed.

He laughs at my behaviour, laying next to me as I pull the covers over the both of us. He wraps his arms around my waist, pulling me towards him. His chest is pressed against my back, keeping me warm.

I let out a soft, content sigh as I snuggle up to him.

"Y/N...? I'm scared for tomorrow. What if my parents don't want me back after I just ran away?" Kakyoin frowns and I feel him tense up.

I turn round so I'm facing him. I place my hand gently on the side of his face, giving him a soft but meaningful kiss.

"Don't say that Nori. Like I said, I can help explain to them what happened. They might hate me for it but at least you'll be let off the hook. If they love you like I'm sure they do, they'll forgive you." I smile, leaning my head to rest on his chest.

I listen to his heartbeat as he uses Heirophant Green to turn off the light in the room. The room is filled with a comfortable silence and Kakyoin places a soft kiss to my forehead.

"Thank you. Goodnight Y/N. I love you." He smiles.

"I love you too Nori."

With that, we both fall asleep, comfortable in each others embrace.

After what feels like only a few minutes, I sit up in bed, looking around the room. Kakyoin is still asleep so I carefully get out of bed walking towards the bathroom.

I sigh, washing my face with cold water, looking at my reflection. There is blood pouring from my mouth which makes me scream.

I fall backwards, hitting my head on the sink which causes it to bleed. In the reflection, I see Dio looking down at me with a smirk.

"Y/N? Y/N are you alright?! Where are you?!" Kakyoin calls out to me, obviously having been woken up by my screaming.

The door bursts open and Kakyoin is stood there with a worried expression. He takes a step foward but he stops in his tracks as a fist strikes him straight through the stomach.

"Nori!!!"

"Y/N wake up!"

I gasp for air, shooting up in bed. I feel tears poring from my eyes as my whole body shakes.

"Shhhh... it was just a nightmare Y/N. You're okay. You're safe. I'm here..." Kakyoin pulls me into his arms. I grip his torso burying my face into his chest as I sob uncontrollably.

"I-I... Dio... I thought..." I try to form words but none come out.

I honestly didn't realise this whole trip would traumatise me so much. Dio is gone for good and I know that. But the memory of him and the visions of him killing Nori won't leave my head.

"I'm sorry for waking you up." I apologise, curling up beside him.

"Hey... you don't have to be sorry darling. I'm here... I'm not going anywhere, I promise." Kakyoin pulls me even closer.

I began to feel tired, leaning into Kakyoin's touch, letting my eyes close as I finally fall back into a dreamless sleep.
