Bubbler: Hiding Behind a Bubble Wand

The Dupain-Cheng siblings were sound asleep, well at least one of them was. Marinette the younger of the two sleeping while her Kwami rests on her stomach. Her snoring could probably be heard from the bakery 4 floors below her.

2 floors below the snoring girl, Camellia stood looking at the two new sets of clothes Mari had made for her, a coral pink knee length dress with elbow length flared sleeves and a calf length plaid orange and creme dress with lantern sleeves. Camellia wasn't usually a morning person but one of the two siblings had to be awake before the other.

"What do you think, Pluuma?" She asked the companion she has had for a little over a month at that moment. Pluuma was a friend that she could trust with anything. And now she was trusting their judgement on fashion.

"Well, I think you look great in anything Camellia." Pluuma smiles at their master. Camellia smiles too before grabbing the plaid dress. Quickly getting changed and grabbing a small green and black gift-wrapped box, Camellia heads upstairs where her mother was drinking her usual morning tea.

"Good morning, honey. How did you sleep?" Sabine asked her eldest daughter, hugging her. Camellia returned the hug telling her she slept well. Before she sat down she went up the ladder to the attic and knocked on the trapdoor.

"Mari, wake up! You are going to be late!" Camellia called out before sitting down at the end of the bar top. She sipped some lavender tea with her mom waiting for Marinette to come downstairs.

"Happy Birthday!" Marinette gasps as she jerks up, accidentally making Tikki fly off her stomach. She quickly gets down from her loft bed. A bright smile shines across her face. A certain model's birthday is today.

"Happy Birthday!" She exclaims. She trips a little but her smile is still just as bright. Getting up, Marinette spun around falling into her chair. The chair spins a few times before she faces her computer turning it on. The screen lights up with a collage of Adrien Agreste and hearts as her background.

"Happy Birthday, Adrien." Marinette sighs as she tries to kiss the screen. Suddenly remembering that she had school, she rushes to get dressed. Tikki hides in her side bag while Marinette grabs both her bag and a thin box with light blue wrapping paper and a pink bow. It was obvious she put care and time into this present.

"Marinette! Don't forget to clean your room after school today." Sabine called out as Marinette came down the ladder with the present in hand.

"Mom, it's Friday! And I'm already doing something with Alya." Marinette complains as she turns around to look at her mother. "Fine! I'll go ahead and clean it, but don't blame me if I come across your private stuff... like your emails, diary-"

"Okay! I'm on it! I'll do it!" Marinette gives up, not wanting her mom to go through her stuff. Camellia watches the two as she cleans her cup. This was a regular occurrence in the Dupain-Cheng household.

"Come on Marinette. You are going to be late." Camellia sighs, grabbing her bag and the small gift. She kisses her mother on the cheek before going down the stairs. "Have a nice day girls," Sabine calls out to both of them.

"Happy Birthday! I mean have a nice day!" Marinette calls out to her sister to slow down, also kissing her mother's cheek. Sabine is confused by her youngest slip-up but shrugs it off wearing a smile.
