Horrificator: How Does Music Help Again?

Mylene and Adrien were crouched behind the teacher's desk while holding guns. "Agent Smith, it's too dangerous. We must evacuate!" Adrien told his female co-star. Mylene looked shocked, well tried to.

"You're suggesting we run... Officer Jones?" Mylene asked. "After it devoured my family, my friends, even my beloved dog, Sniffles?" Camellia listened as the two actors spoke, making sure they knew their lines. By chance she flipped to the next page and caught a glance of a sentence.

Camellia needed to set down the script to calm herself. Alya had written the script all by herself and was so proud of it. But someone had written in a kiss between Smith and Jones. Mylene's scream and Nino's shriek had caused her to break out of her thoughts.

"Sorry, Mylene." Ivan removed his monster mask and apologised to the girl hiding under the desk. Juleka was doing Adrien's makeup while the crew complained about it being the first scene still.

"I'm sorry. I'm gonna do better on the next take, I promise." Mylene's apologies were nice to hear but Nino didn't like it. "You're in the special forces. You don't get freaked out."

"I know but... that monster mask is so realistic and scary." Mylene confessed. Camellia understood the fear behind a monster appearing but Ivan was anything but scary, well besides the Stoneheart incident.

"Just big old me, Mylene. Nothing to be scared of." Ivan stuck his fingers through the eyes of the mask to show there was nothing to be scared of. The moment was ruined by the self proclaimed queen.

"He doesn't even need a mask." Chloe and Sabrina laughed while everyone glared at her. "Chloe, remember you are the under study and easily replaced." Camellia smirked as she held up the cast list.

"If I'm not in the movie, my daddy won't even look at your dumb movie." Chloe said proudly. Camellia looked at the girl with a "try me" look. "I have friends that will gladly pull out some favours for me. You just have your daddy."

Chloe glared at her but was secretly proud to see the girl standing up for herself. All the years of seeing the elder Dupain-Cheng standing in the shadows while letting her sister stand in the spotlight was worth the wait, in Chloe's eyes.

"Ivan, you're playing a monster. Put the mask back on. And Mylene, we need you to stay in character." Nino ordered his stars. When Mylene looked at the Ivan, who had put the mask back on, she was fearful.

"I need to sing my happy song. It always makes me feel better." She held her hands together and back away from everyone while singing. Although, she backed into Adrien and yelped. Chloe stood up and gained everyone's attention.

"And the Oscar for best pathetic scaredy-cat, afraid of its own shadow goes to Mylene!" She laughed. Mylene looked down in shame, tears brimming in her eyes. Camellia laughed too, but it was clear it was a fake irritated laugh before she grabbed the girl.

"Excuse us. I just need to have a chat with Chloe. Go about your business." Chloe yelped as she was dragged by the back of her black and yellow striped sweater, everyone watched as Chloe tried grabbing the door frame but Camellia was much stronger than her.

"Listen here, Chloe. I don't care if you use petty insults but when you make a sweet girl, who has never done anything to you, cry because she's scared..." Camellia had backed the girl up to the railing, away from the classroom. She didn't need everyone hearing what she said.
