Eevee Living in Monkie Kid's World

Chapter 8: Oops I think I jinxed it.

I woke up from the warm sunlight hitting my face and hearing birds chirping from outside the window. I try to stand up but realized I was being held down. I turn around and found out that MK was hugging me while snoring. I look over to my other side and see that Mei is still sleeping too but a little farther away from us. I wonder if MK has work today. I let out a sweat drop face while imagining that pig guy yelling at MK for being late. Maybe its not to late! I just have to wake him up! 

I grabbed my tail and I can just barely reach his nose. I move my tail up and down, tickling his nose. His nose twitched a bit. I roll my eyes, wow this guy is a heavy sleeper. I keep tickling him until he lets go of me while springing his back up and letting out a big sneeze.

"ACHOOOO!!" as he rubs his nose, keeping his eyes closed.

The sneeze scared Mei, making her jump out of bed. She posed herself ready for battle but could barely keep her eyes open "IM UP IM UP!... WHERES THE DANGER!" she said in a tired voice, waving her fist in the air. 

"No danger, unless if MK is late for work." I said to Mei. MK's eyes went wide and he jumps when I said the word 'late'. "WAIT MEI WHAT TIME IS IT?!" he asked in a panic. 

Mei opens her eyes and looks at the clock on the wall "5 minutes till 9am.". "O NO IM GONNA BE LATE FOR WORK AGAIN!" MK yells. I let out a sweat drop face. "I got you covered MK!" Mei cheers than whistles, summoning her green and white motorcycle. "Your the best Mei!" MK said with a few happy tears going down his cheeks. I jump on MK's shoulder "At least I don't have to ride that staff." MK laughs and we got on the motorcycle. 

We soon get to Pigsy's Noodles and Pigsy is just about to unlock the doors. MK gets off Mei's motorcycle with me still on his shoulders. "I gotta run some errands today but after work, lets go to arcade!" Mei said while waving. "Sounds like a plan Mei!" MK said. The arcade sounds interesting, I wonder if they have good food. Mei drives away. 

Pigsy looks at MK shocked "KID! Your actually early today! Are you feeling alright?". Pigsy puts his arm on MK's forehead and MK gently push him off. "Yea I'm alright, I'm actually early thanks to Eevee!" MK says happily while petting my head. I let out a proud smile. "Wow kid! you made MK do what I thought was impossible!" Pigsy said happily at me. I let out a small laugh. Pigsy isn't so bad when he's not yelling at MK. "Now tell me kid." Pigsy looks back at MK. "WHERE IS MY NOODLE KART!?!" He yells.

Oops I think I jinxed it. 

Me and MK both let out a sweat drop face. "O! MK you left the kart at Sandy's place." I reminded him. He lets out a gasp "That's right Eevee! I left the kart to get washed over night!" he said while winking at me. I roll my eyes and went with it but he didn't hide his wink well from Pigsy. 

Pigsy lets out a sigh "Will you have about 20 minutes to get it back before the orders usually start coming in." 

MK pulls out his staff "I'll do that in half that time!"

 I quickly jump off, not wanting to on the fast staff ride. "Yea I'm out." I said to MK. "O Pigsy, will you watch Eevee while I go to San- I MEAN Car wash to get the kart back! Eevee doesn't take the whole flying in the sky on my staff really fast well." He laughs nervously. 

"I can kid but now you have 18 minutes to get that kart ba-" Pigsy was interrupted by MK launching himself into the sky. "THANKS PIGSY!" MK yelled as his voice faded away.
