Eevee Living in Monkie Kid's World

Chapter 6: Who is The Monkie King?

After a few gross minutes of standing near the shrub, my stomach calmed down a bit. I turn around to look at MK who was trying to comfort me by patting my back. "Ok... I feel a bit better now." I said before giving MK a death stare. "Never do that thing again." I said in a serious tone while pointing to his weird staff. "Yep! never again!" he said nervously while making his staff disappear, taking a step back. 

I look around to see that we were in the middle of a beautiful forest. In front of us is a small body of water with a waterfall behind it. Even though my home was in a forest and I've been in city's before in my world, I never actually seen a waterfall before. The waterfall was huge and beautiful but very loud. "This way Eevee!" MK said as he started jumping on the small rocks poking out of the water, heading towards the loud waterfall. 

"I'm sorry but why are we here and why were you in such a rush?" I questioned him. A brown and white bird with a blue and red feathers with golden eyes flew and sat beside me. I looked up at the bird as the bird looked at me, tilting its head. I look back at MK. "Sorry Eevee." he said while rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "We came here in a rush so I wouldn't be more late than I already am!". He stops in front of the waterfall. "Late for what?" I asked in a confusing tone. "Late for training!" he said in a happy tone.

MK puts his arms out, almost touching the waterfall. A big yellow ring came out of his hands that moved acrossed the water before disappearing and that same bell bong noise that his staff made came from it. I stood there in shook as the waterfall opened up down the middle like it was never there. I feel the bird fly and land on my head as I watch MK walk into the cave. MK stops and looks at me confused "Are you coming Eevee?". I stand there shocked and speechless. I nod my head yes slowly as I walked up to him, looking around the place we were about to enter. 

The entrance looked like a old ruin cave with drawings on the walls. The walls had some cracks and roots surrounding the drawings. It was a bit hard to tell what the drawings were but they looked like people form this world. "MOOOONKEY KING!" MK shouts as he walked farther down the cave. I quickly catch up to him, not wanting to be left behind. 

We walk down a short tunnel. When we got to the other side, I was amazed by the sight. A big empty space that was being lighted by the giant hole leaking sunlight at the top. Up ahead on a little hill was a staircase that led to a small wooden house with a pond under it and a few small trees surrounding the area. This was way more beautiful than the waterfall. We walk to the middle of the area. 

"MOOONKEY KING!" MK shouts again. "Who is Monkey King and what is this place?" I asked as he started to search in the trees like a Aipom looking for nanab berries. He lets out a big dramatic gasp but thinks for a second. "I guess I shouldn't be surprised, knowing that your from  another world.". He laughed a bit and opened his arms with a smile. "This is Flower Fruit Mountain and we are in Monkie King's home!". He continues to talk like he was a big fan of this person. "Monkey King is this fearless hero who was raised by monkeys and trained his whole life to protect others! He's so strong that he can cut mountains in half! an-" he continues to talk about Monkey King. Yep, definitely a fanboy I thought to myself with a sweat drop face. I feel like he can talk about him for days so I interrupted him. "So... where is he?". MK shrugs his arms "Don't know, maybe he's late?" 

"What are you training for?" I asked him, remembering that he said he was late for training. More questions came to my mind about this Monkey King person. I start to regret asking that question as MK started to get excited. He pulls out his staff and poses in a dramatic hero pose. "To become the next Monkey King!".
