Eevee Living in Monkie Kid's World

Chapter 10: A SQUEAKY TOY!

"FIRE BALL!" I shouted as I threw a fire ball at the little turtle skeleton. I have a white baseball hat on with a red 'E' on it that gave me the power to shoot fireballs from my paws. Mei has an similar baseball hat on but it was blue with the letter M on it, her hat gave her ice powers. MK has raccoon like ears and tail on, that gave him the ability to fly a little and to use basically a weaker version of my Iron Tail attack. 

"MK! Fly to the axe!" Mei yelled. MK nodded his head and jumped over one of the small skeleton turtles and flew over the big angry turtle. The giant turtle was about to attack MK but me and Mei attacked back. Sending many fire balls and ice balls, making him flinch.

The turtle turns around to look at us but quickly falls as MK gets to the axe. The ground breaks open as the evil turtles falls in the lava from underneath. Me and Mei were put into safe bubbles and floated over to MK safely and the monkey princess we are about to save. 

MK hit the cage that was holding the princess with the axe, freeing her from the cage. "My hero!" she said as she was about to kiss MK on the cheek. My vision goes white as the words 'YOU WIN' popped up in big bold green letters. 

I felt the helmet that put me into this game, forcefully get pulled off my head. I blink my eyes a bunch, to get used to the sudden bright light. Once I could see clearer, I jumped a little as I was looking at a not so happy arcade worker. He gives me a frown with his arms crossed on his chest while tapping his foot on the ground. He took MK's and Mei's helmets off, giving them the same look he just gave me.

The worker talks to all three of us in an angry tone "We closed over an hour ago!". "I would've been home by now..." he finished off with a mumble as a few tears went down his cheeks. 

MK jumps when he realized the time "We are so sorry! We promise it wont happen again!" He said in a panic as he quickly picks me up and grab Mei's arm and headed out the door. Mei starts laughing at MK "That's what you told them last time!". 

MK looks away and rubs his neck "I know, I know, but they don't need to know that!" he said in a worry tone.

My ears perked up as I heard a faint voice coming from beside the building. "I think your right!" is what I heard but in a deep Australian accent. I look over from where the noise was coming from, thinking if it was in my head or not. I didn't hear or see anything after that. It must've been in my head, I thought to myself.

MK snapped me out of my thoughts as he pets my head and speaks up "Besides, it was Eevee's first time at the arcade!" He continues but mumbles and pouts "They should've let us play more...". 

"I think you just wanted to play the new game more!" Mei teased while elbowing MK. I let out a small laugh, which made the other two laugh.

I looked up at the sky. The sky is filled with beautiful warm pink and orange colours as the sun was setting. Mei looks at her phone and gasps "O my..." she said in a worry tone. "What's wrong?" MK asked as Mei was tapping fast on her phone. 

"I missed a bunch of calls from mom! I better head home now!" Mei said in a panicked. She summons her motorcycle by whistling and she was gone in a flash.

There was a awkward silence for a few minutes, as me and MK watched Mei drove off. "That was fun!" I said out loud with a smile to help break the silence. MK starts giggling and rubbed my head "I'm glad you had fun Eevee!".
