GRACE WALKS DOWN THE BALCONY IN THE COMPOUND, heading towards Klaus who was leant against the railing. He was looking out over the courtyard, so he didn't see her coming until she was stood next to him. He glanced to the side, smiling lightly as he meets her eyes. "Morning, love." He says softly as he turns to face the blonde. Grace looked like she was on a mission though as she just stared back at him.

"I need you to promise me that you won't tell anyone about last night." Grace tells him as she appreciated him being there for her last night and allowing her to break down but she didn't need the entire world knowing. What she liked most is that he didn't really talk, he had just comforted her for most of it. Which was what she needed the most and he seemed to know that for some reason.

"It'll be our little secret." Klaus replies with a  a smirk playing on his lips as he brings his finger to his lips. Grace clenches her jaw, glancing around to make sure that no one was listening in on their conversation.

"I'm serious." She says as her voice was more stern this time. Grace needed him to actually hear her. "I don't need Hayley worrying more than she already does." Grace admits with a sigh as she brushes her hand with her hair. Hayley already asked a million questions every single day, she didn't need to add more fuel.

"I assume you are referring to your ex boyfriend." Klaus says, although that was only a small part of what she had told him last night. Grace bites her tongue as she squints her eyes at him.

"Dead ex boyfriend." She reminds him and Klaus only raises his hands in defence. He would not spill her secret if she didn't want him to. Even though, he didn't think it was that big of a deal. It was one person. She didn't go into much specific detail about why she did it or how, but Klaus knew that Grace wouldn't just kill someone for no reason. Even with the fact that Dylan tried to touch Hayley, there was definitely something that actually set her off in the moment of his death.

"Don't worry, I won't mention it. Not like anyone would actually listen to me anyways." Klaus teases as he shrugs his shoulders, knowing that most people in the quarter loathed him. Even the girl standing in front of him.

"Klaus." She says firmly as she didn't need him joking around right now. Grace just needed him to promise her.  "Please. Don't tell anyone." She says, her voice more desperate as she stares at him. Klaus sighs, nodding his head before taking a step closer to her.

"Tell anyone what, love?" Klaus asks as he leans down towards her. Grace just stared at him like he was the stupidest person in the world, which right now, in her mind he was.

"Cute." She tells him with a roll of her eyes before settling her arms against her chest. Klaus smiles before he actually becomes serious about the conversation.
