GRACE FALLS BACK ON THE COUCH LAUGHING AS THEY HAD JUST WATCHED A VIDEO OF KLAUS TRUDGING AROUND THE LOCAL SQUARE. One of Auroras men had sent it and it had just shown them that their plan was working.  "I take it back, this was an amazing idea." She admits with a smile, looking over at Aurora who was pouring some alcohol into her glass. They were currently in a hotel, relaxing for a few minutes. They had to move every so often so that no one could track them.

"I told you." Aurora responds with a smirk, heading over to the woman. "Nik must be going insane right about now." She states as she hands a glass to Grace who shakes her head.

"You know he's gonna kill you?" Grace asks her, raising an eyebrow as she takes a drink out of the glass. Aurora rolls her eyes playfully.

"Let him try." She says as she sits down next to Grace. The blonde stares at her glass for a moment before looking back at Aurora.

"You know, I think people misjudge you." Grace admits, her eyes running over the woman. Aurora furrows her eyebrows, curious but a bit confused.

"How so?"

"You're not some movie villain who wants to make everyone suffer." Grace denies, placing her glass on the table. "You were just trying to get your happy ending while everyone else was twisting your words and painting you out to be someone you're not." She states as she tilts her head.

"I did kiss Nik though, which I do apologize for." Aurora says, feeling awful now that she had really gotten to know Grace.

"You hadn't seen him for a thousand years, and your heart still yearned for him. I understand." Grace says, shaking her head. If she had tried again, yeah, she would probably punch the bitch. But Aurora seemed to be growing and understanding what she can't have.

"I appreciate you sticking up for me, Grace. But you can't see the good in everyone." Aurora denies, some people would just take advantage of it.

"I don't. I just like to give people the benefit of the doubt." Grace says as she looks at her hands. Growing up, people often avoided her because of the image they had made up in their head. That because her family was so closed off, she was rude or unwelcoming. And the fact that her clothes weren't always nice, that she was dirty or part of a bad group.

She never wanted someone to feel like she had. So, she never met someone without having an open mind. Especially someone who others seemed to portray badly. Unless they did something to add some truth to it, Grace would always give someone the benefit of the doubt and treat them like everyone else.
