GRACE STOOD ON THE BALCONY AS SHE WATCHED THE MIKEALSONS COME BACK INTO THE COMPOUND. They had gone to finally defeat Dahlia while Grace had stayed back, mainly so she didn't end up killing Elijah. Although, she wasn't sure she wouldn't with him being back. She could see Klaus come up the stairs in order to join her but her eyes were solely on Elijah. It was clear that he was avoiding her gaze, instead focusing on Freya and Rebekah. "How are you feeling?" Klaus asks her, leaning against the railing in front of him, Grace doesn't even glance towards him, her expression blank.

"I'm fine," Grace responds as she just drops her eyes towards the ground. Klaus runs his gaze over her, seeing that she seems to be pretty much okay. Well, as okay as she could be after being stabbed.

"Everything is healing--" He starts to say but it is clear that Grace is not in the best mood right now, especially with Elijah in the compound.

"I said, I'm fine." Her voice came out sharper than she wanted but frankly, she couldn't care at that precise moment. Klaus frowns, hating how Elijah made her become so distant, all because he wanted to hurt him.

"Tell me what you want me to do, and I'll do it," Klaus states, wanting to help her get back at Elijah but she clearly just wasn't in the mood. Grace let out a sigh as she turned her head towards him, looking at the man.

"Nik, just don't." She mumbles as she shakes her head. Her eyes moved back over to Elijah who was making his way up the stairs. "He's not worth it," Grace admits, although she couldn't help but glare at him. Klaus grabs her hand, giving it a comforting squeeze.

"Dahlia's gone, we're safe now," Klaus tells her as he wraps his arm around her. Grace leans against the man but a sigh leaves her lips. She couldn't truly believe that not until it at least felt true.

"Are we?" She asks as she just stares back at him. Klaus lifts his hand to her cheek, stroking it softly.

"I won't let him hurt you again," Klaus assures her, he would surely kill Elijah if he placed another finger on Grace.

"I know." Grace responds before noticing that Elijah was walking towards them, Rebekah hurriedly following after him.

"Elijah." Rebekah warns, not wanting anything to start.

"This is my home too, is it not?" Elijah asks as he raises an eyebrow at them. Rebekah was clearly already fed up with her brother.
