Mal's POV

We are now at Fairy Cottage. When we got there it felt so weird. Chad was left in a closet and was talking like a baby, which he already is. Then we all decided it was best if we left in case she came back.

Uma- Oof, alright, let's get this Audrey chick taken care of already. What do you say, girl? Time to wrap things up?

Uma and I just chuckled.

Ben- You know, someday, you're gonna have to tell me how you guys all got teamed up.

Evie- Actually, Mal promised to let all the kids off the Isle once this is over.

Ben- Mal?

Mal- I have to tell you guys something. Um... I lied to you. The kids won't be coming off the Isle.

Jay- What do you mean?

Mal- The program is shut down. And the barrier will be closed for good.

Ben- For Auradon's safety.

Uma- Hold up. So we're saving your precious people, and your behinds, for a lie? I knew it was a mistake to trust you. You're always out for yourself.

Harry- And you, King Benny. You're probably just gonna throw us all back inside, eh?

Celia- You know what? I actually thought you were brave, but you're nothing but a chicken. Too scared to tell me I was never gonna see my dad again.

Mal- Celia. Celia, Celia! No! Celia, no! No! Ugh!

She threw the ember into a bird bath.

Mal- Regain you might and ignite! No. Regain your might and ignite!

Uma- Let's go find Gil and leave 'em all to rot.

Mal- Uma! Evie. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry, I just... I thought that... I was afraid to tell you, I thought that I was gonna lose my best friend. But I had to do something, I had to... protect Auradon.

Evie- Closing the barrier was your idea?

Mal- I did it for us! I did it for... our life that we have here now.

Evie- For our life?! What about the kids that we left behind on that island?! The kids that we promised. We were their only hope. I thought you were gonna stand up to the Vk's? But instead, you lied to them. And you lied to Jay. And you lied to Carlos. You lied to me. We're your family.

Everyone then started to walk away.

Mal- Evie. Evie, come on! I had no choice.

Then all of a sudden, they were turned to stone.

Mal- No.

I decided to run after Uma, Gil, and Harry.

Mal- Uma! Uma. Stop, please! Stop! I need your help! We have a chance if we do this together.

Uma- Your friends kick you to the curb? Good.

Mal- Ben saw something in you, and today, Uma, I saw it, too. You care, Uma, you care about everybody, and Auradon is worth saving. Help us... please.

Harry- You talk pretty, but... she already made up her mind.

Uma- You brought this on yourself, Mal. You figure out how to fix it. Let's go.

I was so frustrated after they left. I sang for a little bit, but when I finished, I heard Celia screaming for help. I turned into a dragon. I flew up and saw Celia trapped by Audrey.

Celia- Help me, Mal!

Audrey- Yeah! Save your little friend, Mal!

Celia- Help me, Mal!

Audrey- Careful not to fry your little VK buddy.

Uma- Whoa! She doesn't stand a chance without the ember.

Celia- Help, me Mal!

Uma- Come one!

Audrey- Hold still, you little brat!

Uma- We're stronger together. Stronger together, I'm right here, Mal. Regain your might and ignite. I'm right here, girl, I'm right here. Regain your might and ignite! Yes!

Audrey- Want a piece of this? Huh?!

Celia- No! No!

Audrey and I started to battle.

Celia- Come on, Mal!

Uma- Get her, Mal! You got this, girl! Yeah! Come on! Yeah!

Celia- Mal!

Mal- Oh, Celia, It's okay. I've got you.

I turned around to make sure Audrey was okay.

Mal- Audrey? Oh no. *You're only half Hades. The ember won't do everything for you that it does for me.*
