"But everything is shattering and it's my mistake."

What?

Reese broke into a cold sweat and her mind went blank. Her head was spinning as his gaze slid over hers like he was trying to communicate without a sound. If looks could kill, she wouldn't be swoon seeing her whole physique six feet under. But after feasting into silence, Jungkook had left her hanging with so many unknowns.

Was it a threat? Hell, those jerks maybe drop-dead gorgeous but none any of them got her attention. And if he wanted me to stay away, I'd volunteer signing a lifetime contract.

The room was now silent as a tomb. Even the sounds drifting from the outside had cease when she came out. Rather, she was taken aback upon seeing his shadow, leaning on a dry wall as if nothing had happened.

"Don't look at me with those blank expression as if I am a ghost to you." Jungkook begun, curving the corners of his mouth as his eyes narrowed. Creating an expression that looks smug. "We should go back. I don't want them blaming me for stealing you." He scooted his way at her direction, pulling Reese behind him. Swerving a saccharine-sweet smile to give her an assurance. Though she felt like puking at his kind and full of pretentious gesture.

She hated this man. She hated Jungkook despite him having an innocent features, sweet and angelic. To her, he was the exact opposite equal to a nightmare. And following his lead would mean sending your soul to the bottomless pit.

Suddenly, her expression dropped warily while looking at his broad arm. A raw chasm of rumpled flesh, most likely withered by age and a little less tan contrast to his complexion, it was a scar she found laying above his elbow. She thought, he belong to a group of gang who were into fights and trouble. Of course, what else could be the reason?

She glanced back at Jungkook as they stepped into the elevator. Taking deep breathes and closing her eyes when she felt ill at the moment. Gradually sensing trouble and danger from his presence. So she kept her mouth shut enough to spare her life. But it wasn't helping either as the uncomfortable-weird feeling of suffocation took over her. It was like experiencing an irrational fear in confined spaces.

When the elevator door opened, Reese hurriedly ran to breath some air as she stumbled blindly into Jimin's. "Woah! Careful, baby girl. What the hell happened? You looked awful." Me? Awful? What is he saying? Her heart leaped into her throat at the sight of her in Jimin's arm, puzzled. She wanted to pull away but her body was weak to move a muscle. "F.uck Jungkook. Did you just f.uck her?"

She heard Jungkook laughed half-heartedly as he drawn himself closer to them and shrugged Jimin's arm off her. "None of your business, shorty. But if you insist, I could tell you more of the details later." He vaunted and sent Jimin a sly smirk. "And hands off her. You're grossing her out."

Jimin sneered, pushing Jungkook away and gave him a back-your-ass-off-man look. "Don't be so full of yourself Jungkook. I'll let you off this time." He countered, slowly returning his arm over Reese, alight with joy. "Because this girl right nowー"

"A lady luck." Taehyung cut him mid-sentence and Jimin just scoffed at his sudden remark.

"I was gonna say, a deadly woman. That'd be more hotter."

F.uckboys. Great.

As Reese was about to end their nonsense-filled rants. The mint-hair guy began to distract them. Yes, a savior.
