"I screamed out of frustration but only empty air echoes. I hope of tomorrow will be different from today."

Reese took a seat and strapped the seatbelt on while waiting for the plane to receive permission to take off. Her hands clenched together in nervousness, it was the least she deserved. The seats were slowly getting filled as moments passed and it's killing her, knowing she's getting herself on this plane, wanting to go back.

Three minutes after, the airline had begun their pre-flight announcements: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome on board Flight zero-eight-one-nine C service from South Korea to New York. We are currently in second line for take off and are expected to be in the air in approximately ten minutes time. Please fasten your seatbelts and secure your luggages underneath your seats or in overhead compartments. Thank you for choosing Grey International Airlines. Enjoy your flight."

She inhaled deep breaths, leaning her head back against the seat. And slowly shutting her eyes closed, mumbling to herself.

"It's going to be a pretty long flight."

The plane was wonderful, thinking about getting her life back. Getting home in time to watch her favorite television shows. Unfortunately, she's stuck in her seat for almost eleven hours. It's one-fifteen post meridiem and United States weather was quite clear and sunny. She was in a complete daze at the side window as the plane taxied to halt at the airport. It was indeed an impressive view knowing you're about thirty-two thousand feet above the mean sea level.

I guess, this is it.

She swallowed and blew out a breath, wiping a hand across to her eyes. She knew this was never an easy deal. Brakes and turns are non-existent anymore once she'd settle a foot into this affair.

As far as I was concerned, I knew that my heart was in serious trouble.

After three days of adjusting. Her mother notified her to drop herself by at the C.S. & Company Incorporation. One of the outstanding companies in the country, as far as she know. The initials speaks to itself with high influence, greatness and power. Crawford Starrysky, her father, none other else.

I welcome thou to the bussiness world.

The air conditioner whirred quietly but it didn't ease the tension in the room or cool her tense nerves off. The chair she was sitting on should have been comfortable but it wasn't helping. Neither the chippendale chair and the highly-polish conference table seemed too be very forbidding to allow any possible comfort.

Glancing around, the room was so well insulated. She couldn't even hear the engines nor the traffic below the streets. Although she was just eight stories up. She took the time to wander, trying to find something to help her relax but a click from the doorknob startled her.

Reese turned around to see and stood with her legs, shaking. Her mother entered the room. With her was the lady she was conversing too, earlier.

"I need you to change her." That's all what her mother said. Without even telling her what the f.uck is going on. She even failed to acknowledge her daughter's existence. "We can't waste any more time. I'll see you in a few hours."

Of course, what more is she expecting? Was it hard to be an ordinary being? Reese only sighed and hid an inciting laugh to her mind. I know and it works for me, all the time.

She went out at the doors, heading down at the carpeted hall, catching glimpse at her mother and father. She was in her dark evergreen dress. Hugging her slender figure which shows off more of her round hips and skinny waist. But what suprised her was the presence of an unbeknown couple. Sitting on the same table as them.

A woman and a man in there forty's but seemed to be quite sophisticatedly young. And are respectably dressed in there finest business suits.

"Sorry, I'm late." The woman gave her a glance with a warm-welcoming smile and Reese did the same. It was awkward since's it's her first time meeting them.

"You don't have to, young lady." Said the woman as she turned to face her mother. "Is that your daughter? She looks wonderful."

"No, not really." Reese unintentionally spoke. C.rap, this is trouble.

The young lad caught her mother eyeing on her as her own eyes widened, signalling her mother what? And that was when she realizedー "I mean, thank you madamé."

"Pleasure is mine dear and please enough with formalities." The woman smiled. "You're just in time. He's here."

Who's here?

"Oh my dear, you're late. You were suppose to be here an hour early." Said the woman before a voice replied a moment later. It was deep and it sounded  from someone she knew. It can't be.

"I'm sorry, something came up in re-arranging my schedules." There was a long period of silence and then, the voice came back. "Clarke, is that you?"

Reese looked over at the serene young man who was now sitting in front of her. But her mind drew blank each time she looked at his broad shoulders. She slowly raised her eyes to his and it felt as if she had been shock by a ten thousand bolt electric current.

What the actual f.uck?

She knew this very familiar thick, dark-blended coffee hair that was almost black. Those eerie-hazel eyes, firmed lips and a straight jaw-line that seemed to be quite clenching for some reason. He glanced up from watching her eyes.

D.amn, why is he here? Impossible.

But a niggling sensation remained and have to find anything out as her eyes showned a misfortune of this plight disbelief. She can never be wrong of him. Even if it's the first, the second or the hundredth time. The person right before her eyes wasー

But c.rap, why are we in the amidst of business deal?

Hearing loud claps, Jungkook gasped as his mind was reeling. Never thought he was in a complete daze, staring off in space. Why was he remembering that scene just now. It's like a nightmare chasing the ends of him even though he's widely awake. Should I chase after her? But nevertheless it was too late.

When he turned around, he saw V leaning against at the exit-door. Again, he sent another claps which sounded offensive as if he were watching a stupendous drama. He saw. Butー was he there all along? How long?

"Reese, eh? This is not fun at all, Jungkook. Maybe, I should have warned you all from the beginning." A smirk formed on V's lips as his arms lazily crossed over his chest. "Well, this isn't the right time to discuss. I'll see you guys in New York. You know, you all don't wanna miss my birthday celebration."

What is he trying to say? The crinkling of the forehead between the eyes had became more evident on his pale expression as if the person talking in-front of Jungkook was like a complete stranger.

V laughed and deliberately held his stare over the soaked young boy, amused. Sauntering his way closer to Jungkook as a malevolent undertone voice escaped from his mouth. "You know, I hated it when someone touches what's mine."
