A young Kenji glanced at Chiyoko. "Why do you keep staring at me? Am I pretty or something?"

Chiyoko hesitated. "A wise man once told me that real beauty can't be seen with the eye. It can only be seen with the heart."

"What does that mean?"

A sad smile crossed Chiyoko's lips. "It means that no matter how pretty you are on the outside, if you're rotten on the inside you'll never really be beautiful.

I hope to one day be pretty on both the outside and inside."

Kenji looked Chiyoko up and down. "Then you better get started."

"Why you little - !" Chiyoko balled her fists.

Kenji ran away laughing as Chiyoko followed the little pest.

Sakura invited Megumi and Akio in the Kizuna residence.

They found reverend Sei in the study going through her bag on the oak desk. She zipped it close as soon as they entered the room.

As the children ran passed the window, Sakura pointed out that they already seemed to have become friends.

Reverend Sei wrapped her arms around Sakura. "I never thought it'd be so easy. Chi seems to finally have figured out friendship."

Sakura softly kissed reverend Sei's neck. "Now she just has to figure out writing," she smiled as she pointed at the paper Chiyoko had written on the spell.

Reverend Sei picked it up and stared at the drawing and the crooked lines that were supposed to be words, but not written in any human language.

"At least she tries..."

Akio watched reverend Sei and Sakura as the gears in his head started spinning. "Are you two -?"

"Married," reverend Sei said, her face turned cold.

"I didn't know they allowed priests to marry."

Relief was written on reverend Sei's face. We might get along after all.

Reverend Sei smiled: "Some are allowed and I'm one of the lucky."

Akio held Megumi's hand and stared at her in adoration. "Not as lucky as I am."

Megumi blushed. "Ten years married and he's still hopelessly in love with me. Can you imagine?"

Sakura looked at reverend Sei. "I can and I'm planning on doing the same," she said as she kissed reverend Sei's neck.

"Now who wants cake?"

Ruri squeaked. "I've found something! Here, read this," she said as she held up a midnight leather bound book.

Yusei and reverend Sei gathered around. Ruri pointed out a chapter title.

Reverend Sei adjusted her glasses. "A guide to space-time-location... Does it contain any specifics about the Pebble?"

"It doesn't mention it specifically, but it does have a general spell to locate any objects in time and space. We could use it on the Pebble."

Yusei pointed at the text in red ink. "Look!

This spell will transport you to the last place and time the desired object is, but watch out.

You can only be in one body in the same dimension at the same time. So attempting to travel to a time and place you already were will erase your current existence."

Ruri looked at Yusei. "What does it mean?"

"It means that we can't use it."

Reverend Sei remained silent. "Not necessarily," she eventually spoke. "Let's think this through.

Chi used the Pebble to go back in time to prevent herself from becoming a yokai. Right?

So if all is well she's currently in the Human dimension as a 5 year old, before the incident.

So that means that I can't use the spell given that I too was in the Human dimension when she was 5.

Where were you back then?"

Yusei thought deeply. "We didn't leave the Yokai dimension until 5 years later."

"So that means you can use the spell."

Ruri's space buns flew up as she clapped her hands. "Yay! What do we need?"
