Yusei-rock had been placed back on the desk next to Ru-rock. Chiyoko sat next to them as Sakura desinfected her head wound.
Reverend Sei had found herself a long stick and poked Yusei-rock with it.
"Stop it," Yusei-rock said.
"That's for making Chi bleed."
Sakura sighed. She held out her hand and gestured at the stick.
Reverend Sei pouted.
Sakura glared at reverend Sei.
Reverend Sei gave Sakura the stick.
Sakura put away the stick and then turned to the three sitting on the desk. "So you've all come back in time to prevent our daughter from becoming a yokai?"
Both rocks and Chiyoko nodded.
"I understand that Chiyoko in her human form won't have any problems surviving when we can get this spell right," Sakura said, "but do you two really want to spend the rest of your life being rocks?"
Yusei-rock's expression turned sad. "We didn't think that through. We were just excited we found a way to come back in time to help Kizuna Chiyoko and hopefully get Ruri-chan's father back in the process...
But I don't mind being a rock as long as I can be with Ruri-chan."
"Bullocks," Chiyoko said.
Yusei-rock glared at her.
Chiyoko glared back. "Ru-chan is all about rabbits and flying space buns. She'll go miserable if she can't pet a hundred of those fluffs every week.
We gotta find a way to change you back. Or at least her given that you don't care about being a rock or not."
Sakura watched the situation carefully. She then clapped her hands.
"Perhaps that King in the flask might have a solution to our little rock problem? Let's get him back to his natural form without become yokai ourselves, shall we?"

Under the watchful eye of Sakura, reverend Sei finished drawing a five pointed star in a circle on the ground.
"Shall we add some flames around them?" Chiyoko asked.
Reverend Sei looked up. "That's to keep them out of the circle, Chi, and we want to keep them and all the magic in it."
Sakura thought for a moment and then fetched some ink. "But we can never be too safe judging by what you told us. Let's draw those flaming things on us to keep them out."
She handed the ink to reverend Sei and told her to start with Chiyoko.
When all the humans and even the rocks were inked - one could never be too careful when handling magic - reverend Sei carefully placed the flask with purple essence in the center of the pentagram on the ground.
Around the flask she then placed a candle, twig, sea shell and feather.
She signed Sakura and Chiyoko to step out of the circled pentagram. When all was cleared, she lit up the candle and started chanting foreign phrases.
The circle on the floor lit up and created a golden cage.
Reverend Sei kneeled on the ground as Chiyoko held up the drawing she had made.
Reverend Sei copied it in the air. Chiyoko inspected the floating golden drawing and gave a thumbs up.
Reverend Sei pushed and blew the golden drawing towards the flask.
The drawing passed through the glass and embedded itself in the purple essence.
Chiyoko panicked as she read the next instruction. "We had to open the flask first!"
