Arthur's POV
Alfred and Francis would be arriving tomorrow morning. They have already sent me the books I have specifically asked, and so far, there's no progress.
See, body swaps commonly only happens if you know who you want to swap with. Which is impossible in our case since we don't know each other in the first place, and second, one of us has to cast it. I'm the only one who knows how and believes in magics and sort, so let us put another cross mark there.
So far, I didn't fully expect that being an 'Alfred' is so tiring. Besides from having the regular classes, he's into two club activities. He's a star player in 'soccer' (Its football, really...) team, and photography club. I have to attend the photography club M.W.F, and the other one almost everyday after class, except sundays.
I've also encountered the so called 'fangirls' of his. Mostly of the cheerleaders and the popular ones kept flirting and flaunting with me! I'm aware that this boy is, as Americans say it, quite the catch, but its too much to be cornered every now and then, sometimes even inside the comfort room!
I can't believe this goof could actually kept smiling with this life, because it is too exhausting!
Anyways, yesterday, I've accidentally snapped at the girl who won't stop no matter how I reject her, and scare her off. It spread fast, and now, I'm mostly what the students talks about.
The only thing that I enjoy so far is having some chit chat with Matthew about books, and drinking coffee... I can't really believe the latter but its true!!!
I've once asked for a cup of tea once at the coffee shop Alfred supposed to like. At first, I thought that their reactions when I asked for tea is ridiculous, but they gave me my order anyway. I'm glad when the tea came, and it smell nicer than I thought it would but, when I sipped my tea, never in my life have I ever thought that one day, I would spit it out!
It tasted like a cup of grass leaves' stock! I asked for a new cup, apologizing for what I did earlier. It scared me that no matter what kind of tea I drink, it taste awful. When one of the waiters saw my distress, he gave me a cup of coffee, saying that maybe it would help. I thanked them even though I'm not really a fan of coffee. It's not my cup of tea. Literally.
So when I drank it, it surprised me that it tasted a lot of better than tea. Even any other drink! So even though I don't really want to, I'm drinking coffee.
I'm currently at the said cafe, with a cup of coffee while editing some parts Liz instructed me to. Matthew's on the school. He has exams left to take.
I kept editing my work, when all of a sudden, a lady sat on the empty couch across me. She has a tall glass of iced coffee and some sandwich.
"What can I do for you?" I asked, not even bothering to look.
"Take me to a date." the way she said it made me shiver, her words full of venom and malice that I decided to bought my head up and look at her.
She's smiling at me sweetly but behind that smile, I could sense an ominous aura. She's attractive, I could confirm that. With her long curled blonde hair, gray eyes, slightly tanned skin, and ripped jeans partnered with an over sized sweater, she's definitely alluring.
"....What?" I asked. After all, Alfred didn't told me he has a lover, even so, a date with this girl. I closed my (Alfred's) laptop, and looked at her puffed cheeks and irritated glare.
"You promised that you'll go to the travelling circus with me. You agreed...! I've waited for three hours, I've already bought the ticket, already finished two candied apples, and had called you for thirty times, and I'll found you here, brooding to your laptop while drinking coffee, as if you didn't know about your promise." and even though she already summarized what happened to her, it seems like she's not done yet.
