This morning Tyler and Cameron are going to have their "boys day" while I am completely clueless about what Ty has planned for me. He hasn't given me any hints at all since dinner a couple nights ago. But I can guess, knowing him, it's something to do with pampering myself. Maybe getting my nails done or something. He's always telling me about how I need to do things for myself for a change. Everything in my life always revolves around Cameron and him.
"So, what's the plan for today?" I ask Tyler as I run a brush through my hair.
"Well, we are going to do something really cool for a couple hours, while you are going downstairs by the beach." He says, still not giving me much to go on.
"I'm going downstairs by the beach? What does that even mean?" I ask, more confused than ever. I'm more than happy to just go lay on the beach and read while they're off doing their own thing.
He smiles at me and says, "You'll find out soon enough. And you'll like it, I promise."
He helps Cameron get dressed in a new outfit that Tyler bought for the trip. He fixes Cameron's hair and helps him brush his teeth while I get myself ready. When they walk out of the bathroom to show me how they look, I cannot wipe the grin off of my face.
"Oh my god, you guys are the cutest boys in the world!" I say as I rush over to them and crouch down in front of Cam to hug him.
Judging by the style of their matching outfits, they're going to a golf course. They're wearing white golf pants, Carolina blue polos, and white shoes. Tyler also bought Cam a pair of sunglasses, very similar to his pair of Ray-Ban's. Tyler tried to style Cameron's curls out of his face, but had very little luck. His curls are unruly the majority of the time.
"I figured you would love our matching outfits and Cameron said this blue is your favorite color." Tyler says as he adjusts his shirt.
I stand up and embrace Tyler, "You were both right. I love it. " I hold his face in my hands and kiss his lips. "Now, what am I supposed to wear?"
He leans his head down to my ear and whispers, "If it were up to me, you wouldn't be wearing anything."
I giggle and roll my eyes at him, "You're not helping me very much here."
He chuckles and says, "Honestly, it's not going to matter what you wear. But we have to get going and so do you. Your appointment is in 15 minutes."
I give both of them a hug and a kiss goodbye, then rush over to our suitcases to find a pair of shorts and a tank top. I throw on some sandals and head downstairs to the front desk to check into my appointment. I am guided by a small Hawaiian woman to a tent right next to the beach. She gestures for me to go inside the tent where I am greeted by a dark haired woman and a massage table.
"Hi, are you Mrs. Reeves?" The woman asks.
Even though she got my last name wrong, I really like the sound of it. "Um, yes. Hi, I'm Ali."
She nods her head and says, "Nice to meet you, ma'am. Go ahead and get undressed, as much as you're comfortable with. When you are under the sheet, I will come back in and we can start."
She steps outside of the tent and waits for me to get undressed. She clears her throat from outside the tent, "Mrs. Reeves, are you ready?"
"Yes, I'm ready." I say face down on the table.
She starts the clock for 90 minutes and rubs oils all over my body. The sound of the ocean right next to me, while she rubs out all of the knots and tension in my back is enough to make me fall asleep. I can't be the only one that happens to, right? There's no way. She rubs my back for 30 minutes, top to bottom. There were knots in places that I didn't even know existed, and she got every one of them. She sets some warm stones along my spine while she works on my legs and my feet. Once she's finished with my back, she has me lay on my back so she can massage my shoulders and my arms. I never even knew I needed a massage before now, but this is the most amazing feeling. When the timer goes off, she steps out of the tent and waits for me to get dressed.
