Finally they cleared the arena from the ice and Akane was able to release her shield. But due to the cold the girl was currently sitting in the balcony as she was wrapped in an electric blanket to keep her warm.
"Are you feeling any better Akane?" asked Jirou while handing the girl a cup of hot tea.
"Much better thanks Kyoka-chan, you too Momo-chan, this blanket is a life saver for me" answered Akane, as she closed her eyes and snuggled against the warmth provided by the blanket.
Two warm presences at each side of her appeared, moving just close enough to provide her with a bit more warmth, with no need of opening her eyes Akane could identify the two sources of warmth as the smell of burnt sugar and a natural scent of bergamot and amber mixed with cotton flower and rose, filled her nostrils.
Pulling her knees up in the seat Akane couldn't resist snuggling even further between the two boys.
'Damn, why did I fall for them? ..... why do I always get myself in impossible circumstances...' thought the girl sorrowfully, yet enjoying such a wonderful moment.
"We are very sorry for the delay, we thank our student Kuroo Akane, who did an excellent job holding her shield while we melted all the ice" started Mic.
"The stage froze in the second match, but as you can see it has already melted, so now let's continue with the third match!" Fire erupted from the corners of the ring.
