"Hai" replied the boy, his hand still intertwined with Akane's.
"It's kind of a strange nickname."
"It has some deep personal meaning to me" said Deku as he squeezed Akane's hand gently "Two people who are very special to me gave it to me."
"One of them says it as an insult though" said Akane and Izuku laughed sheepishly as he scratched the back of his neck.
"Maybe but the other person changed the meaning, besides you know I don't hold a grudge over it, do you?"
"No of course not," said Akane, "I know he is a Tsundere. However, I would like him to call you by your name again."
"Me too... But I think that will take even more time," replied Izuku.
The two had become so engrossed in their own conversation with each other to the point that they almost forgot that Melissa was with them, even though the girl was giving them a sweet expression, listening to them talk about who she assumed was the other boy with whom they were clearly both in love.
"You two lovebirds are not by yourselves" said Melissa as she teased the two of them causing them to turn red in the face as she giggled "If that's how you are with only two thirds of you guys I don't want to see how you would be if all three of you were here."
"Melissa!" Akane pouted.
But Izuku just let out a chuckle.
"Kacchan is still not very open with his feelings towards us, so Akane and I probably would have been blown all the way to the other side of the Island for picking on him."
"Izukkun! Don't tell her about that!" Akane said as she kept pouting.
"I'm glad I can see you looking so happy Akane-chan. Well I'll call you Deku, you can call me Melissa."

"Excuse me" said Sam as he closed the door of the laboratory.
Steam was coming out of the Hero's body until finally a coughing fit pushed him over the edge.
"Hey, are you all right Toshi?" asked David clearly concerned.
"You saved me, I couldn't hold that form anymore."
"You told me about it in the mail but I didn't imagine it would be so serious .... Akane... does she..."
"Yes, Akane-shoujo is aware ...." replied Toshinori
"That explains the way she behaved before she rushed out."
