"Sure with her damned luck" Hayate grunted as he quickly tried to contact Akane, "Sometimes I hate being so good at this it'll take me time".

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the opening party of the I-Expo. We hope you have an excellent evening. Today we have two special guests, All Might, the number one hero visits us from Japan, along with the new talent formerly known as Yurei, making her first appearance at an event the new face of the new generation Nyx. For the moment as we wait on the young lady, wouldn't All Might like to direct a few words to our guests ?"
The host began with the introduction, while various heroes and guests were drinking, eating and chatting.
"Come on, maybe a round of applause will help. Please come to the stage."
Everyone present turned to look at the hero as they applauded, David Shield standing next to him.
"Hey Dave, I can't do it. Where's Akane-shoujou, she's the real special guest," complained the hero.
"Well we knew they were going to want you to talk as soon as they found out you were here too. Besides, knowing Melissa, she must have delayed Akane with some small talk," David said, scratching the back of his neck.
"Akane-shoujo owes me one," Toshinori said with a chuckle as he walked to the stage.

Hayate could watch as the floors of the tower began to lock down, in remote viewing.
"Damn it, if I do anything without knowing the situation I'm only going to cause trouble," the boy said as he continued to try to make contact with Akane's bracelet, just about to succeed.

"Izukkun? "Akane looked at the green-haired guy, the two of them had tried to communicate with the missing member of their trio.
"Kacchan is still sending you to the voicemail too?" Akane nodded.
"Kirishima-kun isn't answering his phone either," said Iida, "Are you sure they wanted to tag along? Especially Bakugou?"
"I sent him a picture of the way Akane is dressed, but he hasn't even seen the message," said Izuku.
"At which point?!" claimed Akane.
