Fly With Me

"Come on Adam it's not that hard, learn to take risk!" Ty said dancing around in the air, attracting the other to look at him. "Scaredy cat."

"It's not that, it's um... well." Adam mumbled around on his words, not sure on what to say. He looked up at Ty who was flying around like they were they only two in the world.

"What? Can't fly?" Ty laughed till he saw his friends face, he stopped his flying and landed in front of him. Folding his leathery wings behind him. "Your joking right, your over 20 something now and you can't fly? I thought you were born and angle!?"

"I am I am, it's just that... [I never really learned because I'm scared of heights!]" Once again Adam was mumbling.

"What? I didn't-"

"I'm scared of heights okay!" He suddenly snapped. He sat down in frustration, crossing his legs in a criss-cross (applesauce) style.

"Wait, so you have live in the sky your whole life and never learned to fly because you afraid of heights?"

"Yes." Adams voice was small and defeated.

Suddenly Ty busted out into laughter, holding his stomach to bare with some of the pain. "Shit dude, I had no idea. How- How do you even get down here to meet me?"

"I take one of the pegasus down." Adam now had flushed cheeks, he wanted to die.

"Why didn't you- ever say something?" Ty asked trying to hold back from laughing again.

"Because I only got to meet you a few weeks ago, and didn't want you to laugh at me like you just did."

Ty now felt bad, I mean he did laugh at a fear of his. "Hey I'm sorry, I tend to act before I think."

"..."

"Want to know something, I have a fear too." Ty looked down at Adams wondering eyes. "I have a fear of fire."

Adam was puzzled, he lived in the Nether, a forever burning hell. "But-"

"I know, but see I was born here, I lived here once. I died in a house fire."

"Oh." The two fell into nothing more then the sound of the overworld.

"..."

"Wait! let me teach you!" Ty yelled suddenly jumping into the air. Flapping his wings in excitement.

"Heights Ty, heights!" Adam grabbed Ty by his foot, bringing him closer to eye level.

"Trust me." Grabbing Adams wrist, Ty lifted up ever so much. Leaving Adam an inch or two off the ground. "Please."

Ty's voice was in a whisper but Adam heard it fine. "O-okay."

Ty's sweet smile suddenly changed I into a more evil one. He had something up his sleeve. But before Adam could say anything Ty takes off into flight, taking Adam with him.

"Ty please!"

"Trust me!" Ty laughed letting Adam go. Next thing Adam knows is that he's falling. No words, no thoughts, just pure fear. He didn't know what to do, he realized he needed to fly and fast though. But he was to scared to even try and open them.

He heard his name being called but it was to faint to tell who said it. Guessing it was Ty he called out for him, not wanting to die. Just then the feeling of falling changed as he felt arms around him being lifted.

"Oh shit I'm sorry man, I- I really thought you would fly." Adam said nothing as he clung onto Ty, never wanting to be let go. How he turned around I don't know.
