The Woman Out of Reality (Steve Rodgers x Reader)

⍟ Chapter 15 ⍟

You both went back inside to clear some other stuff with Fury. "Just letting you know I'm gonna be watching over all you guys to make sure you guys are okay. So I don't want any bullshit from any of you including you Steve."  You then sighed "I'm gonna heal Barns. So make sure no of you lose track of him. I'm gonna put a tracer on him. Just in case I get knocked out because for some reason I always get knocked out." Fury just looked at you and smirked "Okay Director Stan." You look at him "Fury don't test me." He just sat back and chuckle. 

You huffed "Okay let's get this shit over with."

You guys got the HQ to break into a place you use to work at. You guys had to break into the Comm. tower. You guys took a lot of ways that only high-level agents like you know about.  You guys go to the Comm. tower. You and Steve were about to commence a speech. 

You and Hill kicked the door open. You guys just held out your guy's guns. They all just held there hands up and pointed to the comm. system. You and Steve got your mics. "Attention all S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, this is Steve Rodgers." Steve started out "As many as you guys know this is Y/N Lillith Stan. You've heard a lot about us over the last few days."  Steve continued "Some of you were even ordered to hunt us down." You then added "But I think it's time you know the truth." 

Steve then reveled "S.H.I.E.L.D. is not what we thought it was." You both said at the same time "It's been taken over by HYDRA." Steve continued "Alexander Pierce is their leader." You sighed "Everybody on S.T.R.I.K.E. but one is all HYDRA." Steve with a heavy heart "I don't know how many more, but I know they're in the building." You also said with a heavy heart "They could be standing right next to you." Steve "They almost have what they want." You with anger in your voice as you said this "Absolute control. They shot Nick Fury." 

Steve "And it won't end there. If you launch those helicarriers today, HYDRA will be able to kill anyone that stands in their way." You "Unless we stop them." You both said this at the same time "We know we're asking a lot. But the price of freedom is high. It always has been. And it's a price we're willing to pay.  And if we're the only one, then so be it. But we're willing to bet we're not." 

Sam chucked "Did you guy's write that down first or was it off the top of guy's head?" You smiled "Just feeling in the moment. Ready to get out there." He smirked and nodded "Ready Di-" You gave him a look. He put his hands up in surrender. 

You flew Sam and Steve to the helicarriers that where already in the air. You landed Same on one of them. You and Steve landed on another one. "Hey, Cap. Y/N.  How do we know the good guys from the bad guys?" Steve then said, "If they're shooting at you, they're bad." You then asked, "Sam do me a favor if you run into Bucky let me know." He nodded "Will do." You smiled. 

You then found the bad guys to you and Steve fought fluidly alongside each other. Steve would throw his shield you would bounce off it. You guys hit the chip room and then sam let you guys know "Alpha secure." Hill then said "Copy. Alpha secure. Cap. Stan. Eight minutes." You responded "Working on it." You replaced the target chip with the new one"Beta secure." She then replied "Copy. Beta secure" 

You and Steve arrived at the top of the carrier. You felt Buck's presence. "Buck is here Steve. I don't know where but he is. Let's get to the third carrier." He nodded "Okay my love." You looked at him and smiled. You needed those gentle words after all of this. 

Just then Bucky showed up in a jet. You shot a purple ball and his metal arm now has a noticeable purple streak. Your vision is now half a third-person view of bucky and your view first person. You breathed in and out. It was shakey. Your moves were strictly going to be defensive never hitting first. Steve was thinking the same thing. He shot a mini-missile. Towards you guys.
