We're here at the supermarket, with my family.

"Kayden, Lauris. Get anything you want and put it on the cart while I get the things on our grocery list" my mom said,

so Lauris and I looked at each other and put a smile on our faces, and not even a minute, we separated to get foods and snacks. This was just one of the few times that mom lets us get anything we want in a grocery, so better to grab the chance.

after filling the cart with our foods and snack, we met at the chocolate section.

"So, have you cleared your mind?" he asked,

my eyes were on the chocolates, too many to choose from. Can't pick.

"If that's a deep question, I'll say...I cleared my mind and I got the decision. But if not, I'll get this bigger one" I replied then turn at him and showed the big chocolate I picked,

well yeah, if it's a deeper question, then yes, I have my decision.

"When do you plan to talk to her?" he asked, I smiled

"Maybe, few days from now. Just prepping myself" I replied, then walk away

"And what if she feels the same, will you get back again quick?" he asked,

that depends on her, but if it's me, taking things slow would be it.

"If she did, then a process should be followed. Not too quick, I want to court her again" I replied,

"Then proposal, then wedding" he spoke, I turn at him creasing my forehead,

why so advance to think? I haven't even talked to her yet.

"You're so ahead. Do you really want me to get married that fast? What about you, don't plan to find someone and marry them?" I spoke, but he laughed at me

"I'm just saying, well if you plan to work it out then you're going to the wedding path. And don't rush me in finding my someone" he replied, then walk ahead of me

"Why not ask Dad to just arrange you to someone. You know, you can learn to love them" I spoke as I follow him, he giggled

"And you think Dad's not planning that? He already planned it when I got single for three years, and it's been five years now" he replied,

What? Expected but just surprised,

"Did he found someone?" I asked,

"I don't know, I asked him but he told me he's still looking for someone who I will get along easily and you know, my type. He's got the information, he's just sorting it out." he replied,

sounding like it's not a big deal,

"Are you opposed?" I asked,

"Nope. After my last relationship, I never got interested again. So maybe, getting arrange would be better. I don't even have to find it, it will come to me" he spoke, which made me giggle

"Yeah, from Dad's hands" I replied, and we both laughed.

We place the chocolate we got on the cart, and mom saw us.

"Oh, there you are. I met some friends" she spoke, wearing that huge smile

I wonder who?

"Who?" Lauris asked,

and before we get an answer from mom, I saw an elegant woman behind her. My eyes automatically widens, same with Lauris as we both looked at each other.
