We entered a luxurious restaurant, and were lead to a private room.

We all take a seat. Laverne and Veronia, together with Sam and Tyson. Across was me and Zariah, then two empty seats.

"I know Henri's successful but he doesn't have to treat us in this luxurious restaurant. We're fine to the usual place tho" Sam spoke while looking around the room,

Yep. Henri called me and invited us in this restaurant.

"He didn't saw you for years so maybe he wants this meeting to be special." I spoke,

Henri just came back few days ago. He's been going back and forth from abroad.

"Does he have a boyfriend?" Laverne asked, I nodded my head

"Maybe he'll introduce us to him, that's why he made this so luxurious" I spoke,

And then, the door opens, revealing Henri with his smile.

We stand up to greet him. His arrogance filled the room,

"Good to see you here my old friends" he spoke and hugged each one of them,

then he looked at me,

"And as for you, we meet each other often but it's also nice to see you here" he spoke, I laughed

"You look good tonight. The last time I saw you, you're still a brunette" Sam spoke with a little tease, he giggled

Well, he kinda hates that brunette era of him.

"Yeah, good old times" he sarcastically replied,

I giggled.

"How long has it been? I heard the ones who have crushes on each other are now couples." he spoke then look at Laverne and Tyson,

Well, he knows Laverne got a crush on Veronia, then Tyson on Sam.

"Well, that's what happened. Anyway, it's been so long. The last time was College graduation" Laverne spoke, smiling

"You were abroad too right? When Kayden left" Sam spoke, then glances at me

And I know where this will be going.

Henri glances at me too and nodded his head,

"Yeah, and uhm, I visit her sometimes actually. You know, sometimes she needed a friend" he spoke then teases me with his eyes, I just giggled

"Oh, anyway, since you guys were my friends too. I want you to meet the one who give meaning to my life. Tho Kayden already knew, still I want to introduce him to everyone" he spoke, and smiles

He went outside for a moment, and came back clinging onto the man of his life, wearing his beautiful smile that I saw for the first time. A genuine and precious smile.

He's finally happy.

"A good looking man huh" Sam whispered, we giggled

"Meet Andrelton Edmund, my fiance" Henri spoke,

Oh, got engaged already?

We're a bit shocked, didn't expect this would be an engagement announcement.

"Well, congratulations!" I spoke, then handshake with his man who's actually my co-worker

"Thank you, Miss Monteverde" he replied with a smile,

"So formal huh" I spoke, he giggled

"Wow, I didn't know you two were engaged. I thought it's just boyfriend stage" Sam spoke in surprise,
