The next morning, I dressed up wearing suit cause I'll be visiting my Dad's company. He owns a high-rise building at the center of the city. Well, he inherited it from his family, they got lots of money to be honest, I don't even know where they put it, but first and foremost they don't let it get to their heads and don't abuse the money or anyone just because of their power and wealth.

And the important thing, their children have to work hard for their own money, they just gave us allowances and we have to budget that for an amount of time. They never gave us huge amount, just enough. Sometimes we have to be so thrifty for us to buy things we want.

I entered his office and he was busy with paperwork.

"Good morning, Dad" I greeted, he stands up to greet me back.

"Good that you arrived. Here's your invitation" he spoke and gave me a small black sophisticated envelope, I accepted it.

"You'll go there. This is not a request, Kayden" he spoke in a serious manner, I let out a chuckle. Does he think I won't go?

I sit on the empty chair,

"So, when will I start?" I asked, cause that's my business here. He wants me to help in his company, and here I am.

"After that event. Until then, enjoy the rest of your days. Take a look at the city, or go to places. I know you miss our town" he replied, I nodded my head. That's few days from now then.

He gave me another envelope which I accepted tho I have no idea what it was.

"And what's this?" I asked, he was just smiling at me. Like, Dad I'm asking why are you just smiling at me?

I opened it and saw a black card and other documents for a bank account. And it was named on me??? Like how did I not know I have these all??

"Well, it is time that you get your own black card and your bank account that was made since your birth. Your brother received his when he got successful" he spoke, I was still in shock..

"And since you're successful now, you can have it and use it however you want." he spoke,

"A family thing, even I got through it. It has become a family tradition. Where the children won't get to taste their family's wealth not until they become successful on their own." he added, I become so speechless... A family thing?? So Lauris also got through this???

"Lauris made a name on his own, you know. Saving his allowances to build up his own business. He poured his time, blood and sweat for it, his employees also helped him. And after few years, he got successful and got to taste the wealth of our family. And so the company partnered up with his company after receiving his part" he spoke, so that's why Lauris was so thrifty back then cause he was saving up?? Well, I did too but not to the point that I plan to build my own company.

"And now, it's your turn. You got a job abroad and helped a lot of start-up company's. You struggled too, I know that. Your hard work pays off, and you're earning more money now from the shares you have in a lot of company." Well yes, I struggled a lot abroad, have to save up my allowances to support start-up company's, lots of hard work.

"And one the reasons I asked you to come back was to give you your wealth, and to help this company since you don't have plans on building your own business" I looked at him, still cannot believed what's happening

"Don't use your wealth for bad things, or I will freeze all your accounts and you'll start from the bottom again" he spoke,

"Why would I do that, Dad? You raised me right tho" I spoke, we both giggled.
