A week after the Inazuma Archon quest and the "death" of Signora.
--------------------------------------------------------------

"I know Kaeya will be surprised to hear you are still alive, Rosalyne," Dottore says this after he nearly got beheaded by an angry monster Kaeya.

"Indeed, it will be a bit of a surprise for him to see me still alive after the news of my supposed death," Signora said in all the sultry tones she speaks in.

"Well, I just nearly got beheaded by him in a grief-fueled rage, all because his mother figure 'died', thanks for that plan," Dottore replied, green blood leaking from under his mask from having his head slammed into a wall about 20 minutes beforehand.

"Thank you for the idea of switching myself with an identical segment before that whole incident in Tenshukaku," Signora said, breathing a breath of fresh air as that segment could very much have been her.

"Your welcome is much appreciated, Rosalyne." Dottore remarks.

At that moment, an icy fog filled the room, followed by the sound of glacial rattling, a sure sign of a 13ft giant monster walking towards the meeting room that the 8th and the 2nd were talking in. The rattling was also accompanied by metallic scrapping as its 11ft long sword was dragging behind it, sparks fraying off the floor.
The large monster crouched down to make his way into the room. As he looked up and stood over the other two people in the room, his golden right eye glows harshly while his ordinary blue left eye glowers lightly in the dim light of the room. Tears fill that left eye of his.
"Mother?" Kaeya said the mask coming apart as tears streamed down the side of his face, "Why did you do that? I thought you died."
He knelt, hugging the uncomfortable Signora silently sobbing as he shrinks back to his human size.
Hugging him back, Signora says, "It's okay. I'm here again. There's no need to worry."
After recovering from his emotional turmoil, he punches Dottore in the head and says, "That's for not informing me of your plan." Dottore got flung across the room by the punch but was caught by a couple of his segments that happened to be running around.
"Where is the little short guy that was in Inazuma with you, mother?" Kaeya said inquisitively
"Oh, Scaramouche, he disappeared after the head shrine maiden gave him the Gnosis," Signora said disappointed,
"I know where he is," Dottore half yelled across the room, "he's in Sumeru undergoing experimentation for his supposed ascension to godhood, to replace Lesser Lord Kusanali as God of Wisdom, Omega is currently with him."
"Oh, he is still hung on his grudge against Beelzebul, arrogant runt," Signora says with a sigh.
The three harbingers stare at each other with all three of their exposed eyes (Dottore's current segment has a different mask that covers his right eye) flicking between each other, dancing left and right between themselves in disbelief at the insanity of his plan.
"Though I'm not the biggest fan of the gods, from the stories Zandik told me, Kusanali deserves none of the treatment she gets, I feel her pain being sealed away with no human contact for hundreds of years, considering he was the one to put me through it to prolong my wellbeing," Kaeya says with a look that says 'fuck the Akademiya'.
Both of his seniors look and nod in agreement at his bold statement against the largest institution in Teyvat, who have both been part of it in the past 500+ years, as they have seen the corruption infesting it.
"So, I plan to visit my sister, Eide, in Fontaine in a few weeks, what are you doing," Kaeya says exposing his plans.
"I was planning to visit my favourite disciple while trialling Zeta, the segment made in tribute to her. Zeta is after all female and looks slightly different from normal me, with pointy teeth silver hair and eyes of scarlet, as opposed to the blue hair and crimson eyes of normal segments. Certainly would be a surprise for Eide to see female me." Dotorre unconsciously monologues.
"I guess I'll be staying here as I am well-loved but also because the news of my death must have time to spread." Rosalyne sighs heavily and sits down.
"Well, I'm looking forward to seeing how 'auntie' Zandik looks," Kaeya says with a hearty chuckle.
"As am I, dear nephew," Zandik said in one rather silky voice.
"Can you two stop, minutes ago, Kaeya nearly killed that segment of yours and then proceed to break down crying, it's making me more uncomfortable than when Kae hugged me in his ice monster body?" Signora said as if to complain about the two hopeless Bluettes that she called Colleague and her adoptive son talking about stuff out of her want for understanding.
