Hey so . . . yes, I'm writing these. I'm just gonna ignore that this is probably a sign I need help and say that I love Thoma with a passion. Honestly, there aren't enough stories out there with him, especially X Reader ones . . . He just melts my heart all the time, he's so wholesome and hardworking and screams dedicated boyfriend material so-

I'm gonna start with my headcanons with Thoma as a boyfriend, both SFW and NSFW. Will probably add more when I think of them.

SFW:

• Thoma is full of surprises. You could come home one day, and, for no reason whatsoever, he'll have something for you. It could be flowers or a new dress or breakfast in bed. Anything to get an adorable surprised reaction out of you.

• On the subject of surprises, sometimes he'll randomly hug or kiss you, or even pick you up out of nowhere. He loves making you blush.

• He's so protective of you. The split second he sees your head drop, he'll be straight over to you. He'll try not to push too much, especially if it's something personal, but he'll do whatever he can to make you feel better. "I'm fine" never works on him.

• And if anyone trash talks you, Thoma will make sure they don't do it. Ever. Again.

• Thoma loves having his hair played with. And he doesn't care what you do with it, whether you twist it or braid it or make little girly hairstyles out of it. As long as it feels nice.

• His love language is caring for you, of course, but it goes beyond basic things like making sure you're fed. The food he gives you has to be the finest, your bed has to be made to perfection, and he'll constantly remind you to take a break and look after yourself. And if you forget to take care of yourself, he certainly will.

• He loves to cuddle and is very good at it, especially on the couch.

• Pyro Vision aside, he's a naturally warm person.

• He loves having you on his lap, whether you're sitting up there or just resting your head on it. As long as you're both resting together.

• Taromarou has definitely interrupted one of your kissing/ cuddling sessions on the couch.

• The rare times Thoma gets drunk (he drinks responsibly, if at all), he gets extra affectionate and huggy. You could make a drinking game out of all the slurred "I love you" comments you get from him.

• He will come up with pet names for you and keep calling you them whether you love them or "hate" them.

• His favourite pet name for you is "m'love." It started off as your joke title to distinguish you between the Kamisatos, but the pet name stuck . . .

• If Thoma is comforting you while you're especially distressed, he'll call you "baby girl."

• He is fully aware that some of the nice things he says to you are a bit cheesy. In fact, sometimes he'll deliberately ham it up to see you get all mushy and embarrassed.

• Thoma is all for public displays of affection. He loves to hold hands and give big cuddles. And if anyone makes rude comments, he'll just shrug it off. Nothing wrong with spreading a little bit of love (Don't worry, he knows his boundaries so nothing too NSFW).

• He's knitted so many sweaters for you, you have a winter collection of them.

• Regardless of your mood, he'll give you back rubs in bed until you fall asleep and then spoon you.

•If Thoma catches you sleeping anywhere that's not a bed, he'll carry you to one and tuck you in. Also, the bed has to be made with freshly washed sheets. Expect a gentle reminder on not overworking yourself when you wake up.

• While he's generally very busy with housekeeping, Thoma will always do his best to fit in quality time with his favourite girl. He's usually able to make time since the Kamisatos are pretty compliant and understanding about that sort of thing.

Kinda NSFW:

• Not sure if this counts as NSFW or not, but he is quite ticklish, especially around the stomach.

• And if you do tickle him, he'll squeal and wriggle and laugh uncontrollably while begging you to stop.

NSFW:

• Thoma is a switch. He really doesn't mind being dom or sub- whatever makes you happiest.

So those are my headcanons! I'll be starting the first story shortly after this, under the title of either Nightmare or Thunderstorm, whichever one fits better (or gets more demand).
