November 12th

Seated on the couch in the living room surrounded by all things wedding related it looked like Juno was sat in the epicenter left behind by a bomb of white lace and taffeta. Fabric samples for dresses, table cloths and what have you were to her left. On her right, binders. Binders filled with venues, dinnerware, tables and chairs, flowers of every species and color and cake designs. Then there was all the rest of it. If it was wedding related the planner Henri hired to help her had a binder for it. Selene L'hiver was an absolute godsend. One of Henri's clients, she had agreed to step into the role with a warm smile on her face. Which was a good thing because it was all so overwhelming that she didn't know how she'd get through any of this without the Frenchwoman's expertise and guidance.

Sure Natasha, Wanda and Pepper helped when they could. However the Avengers were particularly busy lately and Pep had Morgan now. Juno loved her goddaughter to pieces but completely understood that the new mom wasn't always able to help her go through all of this. Like the centerpiece ideas for the reception tables Juno had worked on herself to get a better idea for what she liked. Or the bouquet samples she'd clipped out of magazines to set aside for references. With the wedding in six months there were a lot of things she needed to make a decision on and quickly. And as much as Henri helped when he could, it was mostly left up to her for the final choices because he wanted her to have her dream wedding. Whatever Juno wanted he wanted. If it made her happy then that's what they'd do, he said.

Thankfully one of the big ones was out of the way. Such as the venue for the ceremony and the reception. With the size of the guest list that continually grew in number everyday, they'd needed someplace that could accommodate everyone invited. They also wanted to get married where they met. To reclaim the city with good memories instead of the way they'd both left heartbroken last October. They settled on St John's Hyde Park in London. While neither were particularly religious it was a beautiful church. With its gorgeous stained glass windows and high vaulted ceilings. Plus it could more than accommodate the nearly two hundred and fifty people invited so far. They had been pretty even on the guest list at first. Although Henri's side had soon tipped over with all of his most important clients receiving an invite. That was okay though. Everyone that was important to Juno and who meant the most to her were going to be there. Well, almost everyone.

In choosing this particular venue it pushed their wedding date back by a month just so that they could secure it. She and Henri could have thrown their names and their money around to get the original date they wanted, but she didn't want to take away from some other couple’s special day. Besides, this new date was more than fine. It gave her almost a full four extra weeks to plan everything which let her breathe a little bit easier. That done, the next big decision was one that Henri couldn't help with. Although she still needed to make sure that those on her side of the wedding party could be there. Shifting through until she found the huge binder filled with gorgeous designer dresses, Juno sighed wistfully as she flicked through the pages. All of these dresses were so beautiful, she was just having a hard time finding one that felt right. It's why even though she had these to look through she had appointments at both Kleinfeld and Spina. Jun felt like if she actually tried on the dresses like any other bride-to-be she would find the one that was meant to be.

Grinning to herself, Juno chuckled thinking about how much she couldn't wait to have Tony there with her. As her man-of-honor it was his duty to be by her side for every second of the ninety minute appointments she’d be at the dress shops. To be there every step of this process in choosing the perfect gown for her big day. Juno knew that once Tony had a couple glasses of champagne in him that he would really let go and have some fun. Keep her from getting overwhelmed and with Nat and Wanda there to balance him out as her bridesmaids, things wouldn't get too out of hand.
