The submission contract
I.Temporary consensual ownership contract
The purpose of this contract is to:
1. state the full mutual consent of the undersigned with respect to this relationship.
2. clearly define the responsibilities and duties of the Dom and the Submissive.
3. Clearly establish a safe word and boundaries.
4. To explain the use of punishment and clearly define what punishment is. Define instruments and clarify other non-physical punishments and what they entail.
5. to foster a better sense of communication between the dom and the submissive.
This contract is in no way a legal obligation, and is intended only to better understand the needs, duties and responsibilities of Dom and Sub.
I, Jessica Smith, hereinafter referred to as submissive, of my own free will and being of sound mind and body, do hereby offer myself in consensual slavery to Angel Seth Saint, hereinafter referred to as dominant.
This agreement may be terminated at any time prior to the aforementioned date by either party solely for breach of contract. On the above date, this Agreement shall be reviewed, negotiated and rewritten or terminated.

II.Contract Details
1. Submissive agrees to obey to the best of her ability, and to devote herself entirely to the pleasure and desires of her Dom. Submissive also relinquishes all rights to her own pleasure, comfort, or gratification except as permitted by her Dom. The Dominant agrees to learn what excites the submissive through exploration and communication and to try to incorporate it into the relationship.
2. The Dominant accepts full responsibility for the Submissive. This includes, but is not limited to: the survival, health, physical well-being and mental well-being of the Submissive. The Submissive accepts full responsibility for informing the Dom of any real or perceived danger or safety concerns, but also states that the Dom's decision will be final with respect to these matters. The Dom agrees that the Submissive will not be punished for respectfully expressing these concerns. The Dom also agrees to listen to the subordinate's concerns with a clear and open mind. The Dom will make every effort not to inflict physical harm on the subordinate that may require the attention of someone outside the relationship.
3. Submissive agrees at all times to make their body available to the Dom for use. Submissive will have their hair washed and brushed in the style the Dom prefers at all times. Submissive agrees to wear any clothing chosen by the Dom.
4. Submissive accepts responsibility for using a safe word if necessary. Submissive acknowledges that the safety word is "Licorice" and the safety signal is "Licorice-Legacy". The Dom accepts responsibility for evaluating situations where the Subordinate uses a safeword and will judge, to the best of their ability, whether to modify the activity or stop it altogether. The subordinate agrees not to hold ill will due to the Dom's decision. The Dom agrees not to punish the subordinate for using a safeword.
5. Subordinate agrees to answer all questions posed by the Dom freely, promptly, and to the best of Subordinate's knowledge. Subordinate further agrees to voluntarily give any information that the Dom should know regarding Subordinate's physical or emotional condition. The Dom agrees never to use this information to harm the Submissive in any way.
6. The Dom agrees to provide all toys such as vibrators, etc. and instruments of punishment such as whips and riding crops. Submissive agrees to clean and maintain all toys, to have them available for the Dom's use at all times, and to notify the Dom of any necessary repairs or replacements.
7. Submissive states that her limitations are, but are not limited to being blindfolded. Dom agrees never to violate these limitations without prior negotiation and consent of the Submissive.
8. Submissive agrees to address the Dom as "Angel" or "Seth" unless otherwise specified. Submissive agrees to speak respectfully to the Dom at all times, including offstage. Dom may address Submissive in any manner he/she wishes.
9. The Dom agrees to provide the slave with a symbolic sign of ownership. The submissive agrees to wear this symbol at all times, except when the Dom states that to do so would be inappropriate or would involve others in a non-consensual manner.
10. Subordinate agrees and understands that any violation of this agreement, or any act committed by Subordinate that displeases the Dom, will result in punishment. Subordinate will graciously accept and try to learn from it. The subordinate agrees to assemble the punishment materials as ordered by the Dom and to assume any position necessary to accept the punishment. The subordinate understands that failure to comply with the Dom's orders will result in more severe punishment. The Dom will inform the subordinate that they are being punished, when the punishment occurs. The Dom will explain the reason for the punishment either before, during, or after the punishment. The Dom agrees to discipline only out of a desire to improve the subject, and also agrees never to punish under the influence of, or during, feelings of anger.
