Me and Gerard walked into our apartment, we had just come home from grocery shopping. We quickly put everything away, it was getting late and we had stuff we had to do.
"I'm going to shower real quick." Gerard said, with a change of clothes and a towel in hand.
"Alright, i'll be on the couch if you need me for what's reason."
"Alright" He said, kissing me on the cheek before going to the bathroom.
I turned on a random movie, which happened to be Insidious: Chapter Two.
I changed into my Romones t-shirt and shorts, i grabbed a fluffy blanket and headed back into the living room.
About 15 minutes later, Gerard comes out, his hair damp. God damn it, why do men look hotter with their hair wet??
He put his dirty clothes and towel in the washer, and sat next to me on the couch, getting under the blanket with me. We sat like that for a few minutes before he moved, hovering over me, i moved into a laying position. He wrapped his arms around my waist, laying his head in the crook of my neck. I ran my fingers through his almost dry hair. He kissed my neck, "I love you, (Y/N)." He mumbled, hugging me tighter. He usually got like this when he's tired, or just wanting to be an attention whore, nonetheless i loved and treasured these moments. He was adorable like this, and i savored it.
i pulled the blanket up a little. I played with his hair while we talked, our legs were tangled together. His voice grew slightly deeper, he was growing tired, he was half asleep at this point. I continued to play with his hair, his breathing slowing down. He eventually fell asleep. I turned the TV off, deciding it was time for me to go to sleep as well, it was pretty late now. I closed my eyes, drifting to sleep with the person i love most.
