In this AU, this were the Ice Prince, Dark Hareburg, fell possessively in love with MK.
This takes place after the final battle with LBD. When Dark Hareburg, the prince of the ice kingdom, finds out about Mei's wielding of the Samadhi Fire, he decided to take a trip in Megapolis City and would court her for marriage.
When he managed to arrive, he was able to find out where Mei lives and would start discussing about their marriage, making Mei uncomfortable and unsettling until MK arrived. She explained that she was gonna returned a video game of Mei's when she's done. And when the prince saw her, he was madly in love with her. Not only that, he also found out about being the successor of Sun Wukong.
He quickly changed his mind and decided to marry MK instead. This not only startled MK, but even Mei along with her family were startled at the sudden changes. As MK politely declined his proposal, saying she couldn't marry someone she just met.
Plus, she had other things to deal with as well.
However, this only took things for the worse...
MK would sometimes find the ice prince stalking her, watching her every move, even as far to finding her work place and where she lives.
But the worst of it all, he nearly went as far to attempting to kill one of her enemies as well.
Key word: attempting
She was too scared and tramatized to go outside and rather stay somewhere far away from the prince. MK's friends were starting to worry about Hareburg's unhealthy actions towards MK just because he wanted to marry her so badly.
They had to ask the others about the terrifying situation MK was in and stop the ice prince from killing anyone and themselves just so he can get to MK.
