The sun streamed through the bedroom window as Jennie started waking up slowly, feeling the warmth spread through her muscles. The first thing she became aware of was something soft, firm against her back. Her mind immediately went to Mino. Of course it was Mino. He just felt...softer than usual. Probably he was just very relaxed.
Jennie hummed and pressed back into the feeling, stretching her legs with a sigh.
An arm snaked around her waist and brought her closer. A lazy smile spread over Jennie's lips and she ran her hand up the arm, warm skin soft under her palm. Wait. Mino's arms were basically tree limbs, they were so hard, this arm was soft and-
Jennie slowly looked over her shoulder, cursing when she saw Lisa's face mere inches from hers. Her eyes were still shut, the heavy breathing on her face telling Jennie she was still sleeping. It was unfair how comfortable this was. Truly. With a deep sigh, Jennie wiggled out from under Lisa's arm. At least she tried.
She was almost off the bed when Lisa's grip tightened and pulled her back against her.
"Mm, more sleep," Lisa mumbled in Jennie's ear. Her morning voice was rough, and Jennie swallowed thickly as she tried to push her arm away.
"Lisa, come on, time to get up," Jennie tried to pry Lisa's arm off of her but it was like lead around her. Lisa groaned, snuggling more into Jennie's back. Jennie felt her body relax again, melting a little into the mattress. She could feel herself giving in to the desire to just sleep, creeping back behind her eyes. Actually...maybe she could just nap a little longer. It was early after all. Just a few more minutes.
She'd just allowed herself to relax back into the bed when Lisa jerked upright. Jennie turned on her back, watching the color drain from Lisa's face before it became an odd shade of gray.
"I don't feel too good," Lisa groaned, and Jennie sprang from the bed, pulling Lisa out after her and into the bathroom. She pointed towards the toilet.
"Get sick in there!"
She finished just in time to hear Lisa emptying the contents of her stomach into the toilet. Jennie wrinkled her nose. At least Jennie knew there was one way she didn't find Lisa undeniably attractive: barfing her guts into a toilet.
Jennie found Jisoo sprawled on the couch, legs and arms bent awkwardly, snoring with a pillow over her head. Not missing a beat, Jennie whipped the pillow off of Jisoo's head. She groaned and tried to burrow her face deeper into the corner of the couch.
"Time to get up. You got Lisa drunk now she's gonna be hungover."
"That's not my problem," Jisoo mumbled.
Jennie wandered back into the bedroom to check her phone as she called, "It is your problem!" She picked up her phone, stomach dropping as she saw message upon message from Mino, along with a couple of voicemails. "Crap."
Mino: Hey baby. Just wanted to make sure everything was okay.
Mino: You okay? Jisoo okay? I thought you were going to text me.
Mino: Sorry, I don't want to bother you I just want to make sure you're okay :/
As she scrolled through the texts, Jennie felt more and more sick. When she had gotten to the apartment she should have texted Mino everything was fine, but she completely forgot about him.
Again.
There was a voice in the back of her head telling her to look at how easy it was for her to forget about Mino when Lisa showed up, but she pushed it away for another more convenient time. Like never.
