Emma pov:
I was in so much deep trouble. Sure Christian had been great in bed and we had an amazing night but the moment I walked in to Toto's office, I was being like a teenager with a crush on her gym teacher. It sucked. Christian had helped me forgetting about Toto for that night and kept me on other thoughts for a while. But the moment I saw Toto, I knew I wasn't gonna get him out of my mind. The sexual tension had been so high during the day spent in the office. I knew I shouldn't be wanting him but all I could think of was Toto in my bed.
I was so tired when I got home that I immediately crashed on the couch. I didn't know what I was gonna do with myself. I wanted him to fuck me but it wouldn't work out. How could it? Firstly, he was married. Secondly, it was just gonna make things complicated between us. I didn't wanna loose what we had.
Instead of geting too deep in to my thoughts, I decide I could use some distraction. I decided to text Gaby to see if she was up to grabbing a glas of wine. The response came after a few minutes telling me she'd love to but that she was right now hanging out with Bono, and that she was gonna tell me all about it later. I guess there was something more going on between them after all. I was happy for her and I was glad it wasn't just a one night stand.
I really needed some distraction though. I was looking through my phonebook when I was Lewis name pop up. We were actually quite close but many people didn't know that. He was one of those guys I could really open up to and get a lot of support from. He was an amazing guy and always gave me advice on how to handle men and dating. It was the same for him, he always had the support in me and I was always gonna give him advice on how he should do with women he was dating. Even though we have had a one night stand during my first season with Mercedes, we've both forgotten about it and remained really close friends.
I decided to take a chance and see if he was available to hang out. I knew he was here in Milton Keynes as we were celebrating new years together a few days ago.
Me: Wanna have some wine? I could really need a friend right now.
I really hoped he wasn't too busy and would wanna come around. He always made me think clear. My phone lit up just few seconds after I sent him the text.
Lewis: Of course babe. I'll be at your place in 30 minutes.
Me: Amazing, Im waiting for you ;)
30 minutes gave me some time to at least get changed to some more comfortable clothing other that a PJ. After I changed clothes I put a white wine in the fridge to make it cool down, and took a bottle or red and put it on the counter. I even had some time to put on a laundry. Before I knew it, Lewis was knocking on my door. I jogged over to the door, and opened it.
"Hey, thanks for stopping by" I said, pulling him in for a hug. He held me tight and didn't let go for a few seconds. "I've missed you. It feels like we haven't been able to talk for ages" He said when he finally let go off me. "I know. We barley talked on new years." I said. "Where did you go? You disappeared shortly after the fireworks" Lewis said as we made our way in to the living room.
