How Delightful! (Delightful children x Reader One-shots)

(Y'all are children in this so the reader is about 8 and the others are Bruce and Constance:7,Lenny and Ashley:8 and Davis is 9. This "__" means it's a whole new scenario)

"DISTRACTION"

The delightful children have been plotting another scheme to get rid of the Kids Next Door but the Kids Next Door have a trick up their sleeves as they found a way to keep them distracted while they foil their plans once more.

You were sent out as a distraction while the others find out what the delightful childten were up to, You thought it would be difficult to keep them occupied for the others to snoop but it turned out to be easier than ever!

The Delightful Children were much more naive than you thought cause once you asked them to come hang out with you as friends they immediately agreed with no hesitation.

You thought it was weird and kept an eye on them discretely but the more time you spent together the more you had fun getting to know them!
It was when you started to take them places and held their hand that they went flustered and kept stuttering alot.

To you it was a strange sight but they couldn't help it over the fact that not only did you invite them as your 'friends' but you also kept holding their hand which made their faces cherry red.

It was around the afternoon when Numbuh 1 had finally told you that they were done and it was time for you to come back immediately.
When you told them you had to go they were abit disappointed and upset so they thought they could just take you by force yet they were once again defeated once the Kids Next Door finally arrived to pick you up and then you all left.

The next day sure was a lot of trouble knowing the delightful children came back with a big machine just to retrieve their new friend.

"MOVIE NIGHT"

Today's adventure had been tiring which made it pass to night time and you wanted to pass the time you had left with relaxing and probably sleeping it all off till the morning comes but something else was in store for you when you heard knockings on your window.

The delightful children opened your window and suddenly took you in their arms as they ran to they flying machinery and started flying to their residence.

When you all got there they placed you down on their couch and let you go without even a single restraint.
You sighed as you found yourself sitting on their couch with blankets and pillows along with snacks on the table and a couple of different genres of dvd movies.

This doesn't surprise you anymore as this wasn't the first time this happened,You were actually a good friend of the delightful children and they deemed you as their *probably only* "Best Friend" and they say that proudly all the time even to their father, He doesn't really mind you as long as you don't snoop around too much.

They all take you to their shared bedroom in which they give you spare pajamas as they went to a bathroom to quickly get dressed leaving you alone in their bedroom to change and to be fair,The pjs they gave you was a perfect comfy fit.

They all come back out in their pajamas with a smile as they finally see you ready and dragged you back to the living room where you all sit down and look through the first movie to watch.

You all agreed on a disney movie first and sat back down once the movie started,
There were classic musical scenes that made you guys sing along, sad emotional scenes that made you guys sniffle and sob and parts of some movies that got us at the edge of our seats and fully pumped up due to such action packed scenes.

You all even shared snacks and would pass some to another when they can't reach as you all were cuddled up in the couch.
In short,This was the perfect pass time as it was cause I spent it with them.

It was now midnight and Father finally came back from work as he was surprised to see 6 children on the couch passed out with bowls and wrappers of snacks and an unfinished disney movie playing on the screen.
He sighed as he found himself with another "Carry the kids to bed" situation which does annoy him but he cares too much about these kids and he just sucked it up and carried them all to bed, Even you were carried to share the same bed with the siblings.

Father sighed once again as he finally lays down the last child and he covers you all up with a big blanket and he turns off the lights and exits the room.
You all slept peacefully that night as you all cuddled up and snuggled to keep one another warm.

"MAY I HAVE THIS DANCE?"

"Come on,Just one song please?" You begged to the 5 children that kept you hostage once again after another feud with Sector V.
"No Y/N,The radio is not allowed to be touched! And shouldn't you be back at the guest room while we discuss about the permanent destruction of the kids next door?" They all say in sync as they look at you with question.

"Well yeah...But think about it, Just one song please!" You begged as you looked at them with big puppy eyes and with that they finally sighed in defeat and went to turn on the radio.

They put on a jazz musical and looked at you once again "There, Happy?" They ask with eyebrows furrowed.
They found you dancing and jamming onto the music and singing along to the lyrics.

They giggle at you thinking you looked stupid but really they thought you looked cute, You pulled on Ashley and Constance's hands as they all get pulled into a dance with you.

They all were surprised at the sudden action but just sighed and went along with your dumb dancing,
You all were having good fun and dancing to more than just one song until an old ballroom music came up and they thought of doing something and it surprised you when they bowed to you.

You followed along with what they were trying to do and bowed to them as well,

You all came together as you held Ashley's hand and Constance's shoulder with Bruce holding onto your waist.

You all danced to the melody and swayed gracefully but got interrupted by a cough on the doorway of the living room by Father.

He chuckled while covering his mouth as the delightful children were tinted with a cherry red hue on their cheeks,
"Father! Please leave,You're ruining the moment!"
The delightful children shouted and tried to push their father out the room but Father was still laughing his butt off.

When they finally got him out the room they looked at you with a blush on their face with a nervous expression,You giggled at them and held their hands and looked at them in their eyes.

You turn on another classical ballroom symphony and took their hands where they were before and smiled at them, "May I have this dance? Again?" You giggled and they look at you with widen eyes and flustered faces but they calmed down and looked at you with a smile.
"Of course,My dear" they say as you start dancing to the music once again.

Father was at the door discretely filming it all wanting to keep it and show it to them either when you're done or when they get older.
