A/N: yea I have fallen off the face of the earth again!! Second semester started and my history class is beating my ass, so I've watched walker and watching the last couple episodes.
Now I'm sure you have all seen the title and it's for auggie it might be shorter than most of the others! So with out further ado let's start this story!

Over the past few days August walker hadn't fell well at all it started with a dull pain in the middle of his stomach and he had lost his appetite refusing food, a few days later it got worse the pain became sharp but still in the middle of his stomach. Cordell became worried once the fever started because all Auggie did was lay in his bed while the chills started accompanying the fever.

" Hey dad how's auggie doing? I know he hasn't felt well this week." Stella asked concerned for her younger brother. " He's doing ok stell , his fever spiked a little bit so he had some chills." Cordell informed as he had auggies head in his lap as he had moved him to the couch earlier. Latter that day mawline had stoped by to also check up on auggie and by then August was awake enough to hold a conversation but when she asked if he wanted anything to eat he still declined saying he wasn't hungry when in reality he hadn't eaten in three days only drinking water during the day.
Later that night while everyone was asleep auggie woke up to Intense nausea and ran to the bathroom ignoring how his stomach screamed at him not to, and landed in front of the toilet throwing up what all he had in his stomach which as just stomach acid and water. Cordell being a light sleeper heard all the commotion and immediately got up also ran to the bathroom seeing auggie throwing up,
" hey you're ok just get it up I know it hurts. STELLA CALL LIAM AND TELL HIM TO MEET US AT THE HOSPITAL." Cordell yelled and then apologized stop August as he winced showing he also had a headache. He picked him up bridal style and caring him to the truck as Stella ran out in her pj's on the phone with Liam on the other side trying to get information.
" hey auggie can you tell me where it hurts?" Cordell asked as auggie just cried and clutched his stomach when he got enough energy he pointed to the right side of his stomach and cried out when Cordell touched it.
" STELLA WE GOTTA GO NOW I THINK YOUR BROTHER HAS APPENDICITIS!" He yelled making auggie cry hard enough to make him self sick again, Stella ran outta the house and into the truck as the sped off towards the hospital, with Stella in the back with auggie trying to calm him down so he wouldn't make him self sick a third time.
Once they ran into the hospital with auggie in Cordell's arms they immediately took him back and started an IV of fluids and took his vitals while asking Cordell what his symptoms were.
" uhh he wasn't eating as much and he had a fever and chills, he also started throwing up during the night and refused food." He answered shakily as Liam ran into the hospital the nurse also ran out saying he did indeed have appendicitis and they needed to do surgery asap or it would rupture. Once they took him back it was then the waiting game the good thing was they had done this surgery multiple times so when mawline and grandpa got to the hospital because Liam had called them another nurse came out
" the surgery went well no complications, he's in room number 315 if you want to go see him but be gentle with him he has stitches and shouldn't do anything that will or could pull them." She said and handed Cordell a paper on how to take care of them for the next couple weeks as she led them to his room Stella was the first to walk in as a few days prior to this happing they had a huge argument that had left them not talking to each other and she wanted to apologize for being so mean.
" hey auggie, how are you feeling?" She asked as he moved his head reseda the sound of her voice as he couldn't movie his stomach cause of the stitches. " I'm ok just a little sore but they've given me all the meds they can for the time being so I'm hanging in there." August replied back looking down as it was kinda awkward as nobody else was in the room but Stella , " I just wanted to say I'm sorry for getting mad at you I know it wasn't your fault and I didn't see that I could only see the facts that were given to me and I blamed you, yes your younger than me but It doesn't give me a right to get mad and blow up at you, and I'm not saying this because your laying in a hospital bed from a near death experience I'm saying it because I mean it." She ranted letting out all the fear out from having auggie in pain only a coupe hours earlier, " it's ok Stella I know you were mad and I think we just kinda fed off of each other and that's how it escalated so quickly, but trust me it was not your fault we both got mad at each other." He explained as Cordell and mawline and grandpa walked in. " hey bud how you feeling have us quite a scare." Mawline chimed in before Cordell could talk and made sure he was comfortable
A couple weeks passed and he got the stitches out and was back to normal still a little tired here and there but mainly back to normal.
Heyyyy hope you guys like this one!! I think imma do a couple more and then finish this book up! It's been I think a year of me starting this book and I want to thank y'all for being nice enough to let me write!
