SEOKJIN P.O.V.
“Welcome!” Taehyung greeted everyone as they entered his cafeteria, handing out menus. I delivered luggage to the rooms, Y/N swept the corridor, Felix and Jeongin handled cancellations, and Jungkook manned the counter, chatting with the customers. Life had finally returned to normal—ever since Jackson and Eunwo were kicked out.
I stepped out of the elevator, panting. A lady was following me. I rushed to the lobby, gulping down some water. The elevator dinged, and the same lady peeked out, scanning the corridor like a detective.
Once she spotted me, she ran forward with a smile. I screamed and jumped off the table, hiding. Felix and Jeongin looked between me and the lady.
“I’m just asking his name, and he’s running like he saw a ghost,” the lady said. Felix and Jeongin glanced down at me, smirking.
“RESPECT OUR CUSTOMERS!!” Namjoon yelled from afar.
I hissed, standing. “SO… WHAT IS YOUR NAME!?” the lady demanded.
“He is Kim Seokjin, and don’t even try—he’s already married,” Jeongin replied.
The lady’s mouth formed a perfect “O.” Felix pointed. “Oh look, his wife is here!”
Y/N, sweeper in hand, looked confused. “What?” she asked.
“She was asking about Seokjin hyung’s wife,” Jeongin explained.
Y/N knitted her brows. “So… I’m married to Seokjin?”
They nodded. She turned to me. I gulped, showing my thumb: Please help me. She blinked, understanding.
“Yeah, I’m his wife. Any doubts?” she asked, stepping forward. The lady eyed her head-to-toe.
“Oh, I didn’t know he had no taste,” she said.
“He’s running away from you, so I guess he has taste,” Y/N replied. Felix and Jeongin high-fived, laughing.
“A maid like you always—” the lady started.
“Go take care of your children instead of chasing random guys,” Y/N cut her off.
“I’M STILL SINGLE!!” the lady screamed.
“I completely understand why,” Y/N said, unimpressed.
“AUNTY?? DO I LOOK LIKE AN AUNTY?!” the lady yelled, covering her face as she rushed to the elevator.
I watched, hands in my pockets. She turned, smiled at me, and I smiled back warmly.
“That was dope!” Jungkook ran over, giving us a high five.
“You’re cooler than that Nap Gang Yoongi,” Jeongin said.
I glanced toward Yoongi, who was still lying on the couch with his eyes closed.
Felix chimed in, “You should be his wife in real life.”
“We just have a debt relationship!” I said.
Y/N nodded. “Yeah, but I love you both so much together.”
Jungkook whimpered, and Y/N smacked his head.
“He’s handsome, and I don’t deserve him,” she whispered.
“No, that’s a lie. If I’m handsome, then you’re beautiful,” I said, locking eyes with her.
She blinked. “Don’t talk like that,” she mumbled.
“Omo… it’s going in that direction!” Felix whispered to Jeongin, and they slapped hands in excitement.
