I walked into the hotel, a piece of bread stuffed in my mouth, and immediately choked on it. What is going on with them today? Y/n had goggles on, Felix had the same oversized goggles, and Jungkook and Jeong In were there too. They were sitting on the couch in front of me, pretending to read newspapers. No… they weren’t reading; they were getting news. I knew them too well.

Felix noticed me first. He whistled, and immediately all of them looked up.

They rushed toward me. I stumbled backward. No, I have a handsome reputation—I can’t just stand there like this. They followed me. I sprinted toward the stairs, trying to escape, but they mirrored my every step.

Their goggles… they were bigger than Felix’s entire face. Last time they wore them, an old lady ended up in the hospital (unintentionally), and they barely escaped prison. But this time? This was serious.

“HEY, WAIT, SEOKJIN HYUNG!!” Jungkook yelled.

I picked up my pace. “I DON’T KNOW ANY OF YOU!!” I shouted, running.

But there were more than two of them now, and they caught me. Felix hugged my waist from behind.

“This expensive hotel deserves a handsome customer like you,” Jeong In said, jumping in front of me.

I shook my head.

“You’re so handsome, I love you!” Felix mumbled again and again, hugging me tighter.

Jungkook hugged me from the front. Y/n clapped her hands happily, smiling like the world depended on it.

“You deserve everything, hyung! You don’t deserve to be in the depths. You’re the most handsome man; we love you so much!” Jeong In gushed. Why so sudden?

“I love you!” Felix repeated.

“That’s why we bought a room for you here,” Y/n said, all of them leaning against the wall, posing like models in their goggles.

“M-me?” I stammered.

They nodded. I couldn’t believe it.

“Are you talking to me?” I asked again. They hummed in confirmation.

“Let’s go to your room, hyung!” Jungkook said, dragging me toward the elevator, all of them right behind me.

It took ages to reach the room. Where in the world is this place? There was only one room. Felix opened the door. Jeong In was cleaning the floor with his bare hands. Y/n made drum rolls with her mouth. Jungkook grabbed my shoulders like a mother walking her son down the aisle.

“CONGRATULATIONS!!!!” Felix yelled, hugging me.

Jungkook pushed him gently.

“This is your home, hyung!” Jungkook said. I froze. They actually bought this expensive room for me?

I hugged Jungkook immediately. “Thank you! Thank you so much!” I mumbled.

“Take care of my mother, hyung,” Jeong In said. I paused, confused. Where is his mother?

“Leave him, listen to me—I cleaned this room,” Y/n stepped between us.

“But… wasn’t this room already clean?” I asked.

Jungkook pushed her away. “She always lies. Leave her.”

“Now live here, hyung. It’s a birthday gift from us,” Jungkook said.

“But my birthday is in nine months?” I asked.

“Yeah, but this is the day your aunty found out she was pregnant with you. So it’s a blessed day!” Jeong In explained.
