When he looked back at the table and his hands behind his neck sighing I left the room going to meet the others.

I immediately looked in their direction, they had no word for what had just happened in that room, however I noticed that Ghost was not with them, I took a quick look around the room noting that he was in a corner with his arms crossed.

«After the interrogation we have a lot to talk about.» Price said in an authoritative tone as he entered the room from which I had just exited.

I noticed the others staring and talking about something I couldn't hear or maybe didn't want to hear.
After a while Soap approached me with a smile on his face.

«Price told us that we have to go back upstairs now that everything is solved by now, you..» He began to lower his voice «..Go talk to Ghost» He finished by giving me a friendly punch on the shoulder and then left with the others upstairs.

I sighed trying to prepare myself psychologically for what I should have said to him as I advanced in his direction.
His gaze had been on me the whole time and so now it was mine with him.

«You have..» I tried to speak not knowing exactly what to say.

«His manner made me nervous»

«I could handle the situation»

«You could have done it right away»

«That won't let you come in and do-»

«You liked it.» He said, shushing me.

«Repeat.»

«You were against my body Gladeon»

«You got me-»

«Do I have to repeat it?»

I bit my lip at his question, he could so easily piss me off.

«You can also say that it is not like this, but your body has spoken for you. Speak for yourself because you don't have the courage to admit the truth»

«That's not true.» I said in an almost melodramatic tone.

«Everyone says it, your body acts before your mind, you get carried away by others, probably if I tried to kiss you now you wouldn't push me away»

«Ghost I don't-»

«Lex.»

I felt a shiver go down my spine as he said my name, no one ever did.
I took a deep breath closing my eyes, when I opened them I looked at him seriously.

«Okay Simon. I admit it, I liked having you so close to me» I said dropping an awkward silence, at that moment the only thought I had was to take the gun in my pocket and shoot myself in the head.

His enigmatic gaze was fixed on me, he was probably looking for something to say, or perhaps he preferred to remain silent, even though he was aware of it from the start he had nothing to say.

«Why do you like being touched by other men?»

«Other?»

«Men who don't..» He stopped for a second.

..Are you?

«..Any man» He finished by clicking his tongue against his palate.

«How am I supposed to know?»

«Should I ask your body to answer me?» He asked bringing his arms along his sides, he took a step forward and I took one step back until the desk stopped me «Are you afraid that it will give a different answer compared to the lie you could tell me?»

«No..»

I looked down at how close he was to me but he lifted my chin with two fingers.

«Eyes on me Lex, eyes on me.»

It took my breath away, I began to breathe irregularly as I felt something strange inside me.

«You know what your body is screaming right now? Mh?» He whispered without ceasing to look at my eyes «So many things that I wouldn't know where to start» He looked at me again for a few seconds analyzing my behavior and then later moved away so that I could think clearly.

«I'd like to understand your feelings when you're so close to me, but I've never felt them and I doubt I will» He whispered the last sentence hoping I wouldn't hear him, as if he didn't want to hurt me.

Now that he was far away I returned my gaze to the ground, those words were like a bomb, I wasn't hurt by them, I didn't even understand why my body behaved like this with him.

I looked up to be able to look at him, but he was gone as usual leaving me alone with my thoughts.

«One day you will» I whispered answering his words, which wasn't necessary, but I was still convinced that sooner or later he would try something similar.
